I'm in cloud nine and I'm loving this kind of feeling. This is all new to me being in a relationship. I was all smiley and giggly the whole night until the morning I woke up that made my parents frowned on me on the breakfast table and asked me what's wrong with me looking crazy. I grinned at them, paused a while. My mom raised her eyebrow and my dad crossed his arms waiting for me to spilled the beans. I took a spoon of my food and ate it, putting down my spoon with a thud, I sighed then I told them im in a relationship but they didn't understood what i had said due to my mouth was full. I swallowed hard and talked slowly "I'm in a relationship" My mom widen her eyes and walked beside me hugging me tight repeatingly saying 'oh my gosh'.
"Is it Jungkook?" My mom asked smiling widely at me. I nodded mirroring her smile. "I'm so happy for you" I smiled then looked at my dad not having a reaction. He noticed me staring at him. I called him with my low cute voice. "Invite him for a dinner" he said.
"Hmm! Are you okay with me being in a relationship?" I asked with a bit nervousness.
"As long as its Jungkook" he smiled at me. I never this happy. My parents were okay with this whole thing. They supported me. I walked toward my dad and hugged him. Uttering thank you. I extended my arm to my mom bringing her to a group hug. "I love you!" I sweetly said to them and responded they love me too. Im so grateful having a parents like them.
After eating breakfast I hurriedly walked to my room ready to message Kookie about the dinner but he beats me to it. I heard my phone ringing. I knew it was him because I set a specific ringtone for him even my parents have one. I took my phone in the bed and smiled when i saw his contact name 'My Kookie' well he was the one who put that name. I answered the call.
"Hi" I shyly uttered.
"Did I disturb your sleep? Coz I was calling for a long while" He asked.
"Nope, just finish my breakfast. Sorry I didn't have my phone with me"
"It's okay I'm willing to wait for you" he said. If my morning will always be like this well I will not complain. I bit my lips suppresing a giggles that I hardly control.
"Goodmorning" he uttered and I greeted back. "Can I see you today?" he asked and that made me remember something. I told him what happened earlier and he was so happy with the result.
"Doll, I felt so relieve. I'm so happy right now" wait. Doll??? new eanderment?
"And because of that, they invited you for a dinner" I said giggling
"Its really an honor doll. I will never say no to that"
"Its all set. So see you later"
"Yeah. I'll see you later" we both hanged up. NO, I hanged up first because I kind of felt embarrased still this new feeling is not yet sinking in to me. He was about to say something but got interrupted by me. In just a seconds I received a message from him saying 'I like it when you feel shy around me 😏' Oh, whats with the smirk bunny boy, Is he making fun of me? I twitched my lips and rolled my eyes.
The nerve-wracking evening came. Jungkook was sitting beside me while my dad is in the center and my mom was in front of me. We already started the dinner and had a light conversation until my dad spilled things I never thought he would say.
"Why do you like my daughter? you know she's very annoying and hard headed"
"Daddy!" I whisper shouted but thats will not make him stop.
"I like her because of who she is" Jungkook said. I saw tenderness in his eyes whe he glanced at me. But for real, I actually waiting for his answer.
"Even what she did to you?" I gulped on what my dad said and frowned at him. What was he trying to say?" Is he making me look bad at Jungkook? I thought he's okay with him Jungkook being with me.
"Yes, I was hurt but I guess my feelings for her is so strong that I could forget it, and she only did it to protect herself." How can he say that in front of my parents? I was about to cry because of that touching speech until he said the last words "But atleast I know now how to handle an annoying Lisa" He looked at me playfully then I smacked his arm.
"I'm not that annoying"
"See, Jungkook she might hurt you physically, will you still like a girl like that?" My mom said and I widen my eyes to her.
"What? Mom,Dad can you please stop making me look bad" I pouted. "And you" I pointed my finger to JK "How come you're cool with that. Dont you realize they wanted us to separate?" And the guy just chuckled.
"I like your parents" oh, how thoughtful you are.
"And we like Jungkook Lisa. We're just making fun of you" my mom said
"And its better for him to know your flaws and vice versa" my dad said pointing us. I smiled widely at them. The night ended peacefully. Jungkook stayed a little with us before I send him outside. Now just the two of us he held my hands.
"I like you" he suddenly said.
"I know" I said even tho the blush on my face is very obvious and I didnt hide it.
"I think you said the wrong reply" he raised his eyebrow.
"I think you should go home now" I removed his hands and made him turn around forcefully. I was pushing him to his car.
"How can I sleep tonight if my girlfriend cant say that she likes me too" what the? Whats with the aegyo? I made him face me and stared at him.
"Goodnight Kookie" he pouted and I just smile at him wickedly. He sighed and open the car door but before he sit I kissed him on the cheek "I like you more" then ran off waving at him. He was looking at me with a smile.
