I'm eating lunch with the whole gang like usual, but Sydney isn't here yet. During our lunch time meet ups, we just talk and hang out. There is never a dull day with these guys. As I was reminiscing, Sydney arrives. She sits beside me and gives me a peck on the lips.
Sydney: Hey!
Aaron: Hey to you too :)
Fousey: So, guys. I just got word that pretty much everyone in our grade and the seniors are fundraising. So, this trip is definitely happening.
Bobby: Good.
Alex: My blood is already pumpin'!!
Franny: Damn, maybe I can find myself a man during the trip.
Roni: Hah. That'll be fun to watch.
Franny: Says you.
Roni: Hey, I'm not looking for anyone.
Franny: Please. No one wants to be single at a time like this.
Roni: Debatable.
Franny: Maybe Aaron can set you up with one of his basketball friends.
Roni: Uhhhh--
Aaron: I would never do that. They're not Roni's type.
Roni: How would you know my type, huh?
Alex: Yeah, how would you know, huh? Alex said with a smirk on his face.
I gave him a look back that told him to shut up. Alex still hasn't dropped the Roni thing. He likes Sydney, but I know that there's a reason why he's still bothering me about it. I don't want to deal with it anyways, I have bigger things to deal with.
Aaron: Are you telling me that your type is self loathing pricks?
Franny: Well, they're all HOT.
Roni: Hey, you're on the basketball team, so are you calling yourself that?
Aaron: Definitely not.
Sydney: I can say that from personal experience, Aaron is definitely a self loathing--
Aaron: Hey!
I pretend to hit Sydney's arm, and we chuckle it off.
Sydney: So, Aaron. Are you going to be Mr. Cupid and set them up???
Franny: Yeah, help a sister out.
Aaron: I'm definitely not the best person for this.
Roni: Well, I want to pass.
Franny: C'mon why not!?!
Roni: I want to spend this weekend with friends, Okay?
Kian: What about us? Roni you have volleyball friends, right?
Roni: Haha. In your dreams...
Kian: At least I tried..
Franny: Well, I'm serious. Aaron will you do it?
Aaron: I-I..uhhh
Sydney: I mean how much harm will it cause?
Franny: Exactly.
