Roni pov

Aaron: This a good time to talk?

Roni: Uhh...y-yeah

I leave Mariah to continue cutting papers while I quietly get up and let Aaron lead the way. Aaron goes past the kitchen and turns the corner revealing Fousey's stairs to the second floor. Aaron stops by the base of the stairs and turns to me.

Aaron: After you.

I smile and walk past him.

Aaron: Second door to your left.

I open the door and it reveals a room that looks like a family office. There's a computer in the far wall with a beautiful dark brown desk rimmed with gold touches. A green couch is placed on the opposite wall of the computer, making the room more fun and playful. Guitars are strung along one of the walls with plenty of picture frames surrounding it. This room looks like a room of memories.

Roni: What do they use this room for?

Aaron: It's like an office, but for everyone. So, they have just cool things to see and play with in here. Alex and I made that drawing right there.

Aaron pointed to the framed drawing on the computer desk.

Roni: Cute. I didn't know you were an artist. I said teasingly

Aaron: Hey! I can be pretty good if I put my mind to it.

Roni: You put your mind to a lot of things already. Let me have art.

Aaron: Hmmm...but what's yours is mine..

He said while taking long strides to be really close to me. My breath hitched, but quickly disappears when Aaron steps away to show me more things in the room. thank god.

Aaron eventually sits on the couch and pats the seat next to him. I walk around him and sit criss cross with my body facing him.

Roni: So what you want to talk about? I ask although I already know what

Aaron: Whether or not you think this girl is cute. I was wanting to ask her out...He states while pulling out his phone

I almost choked on my saliva as that was the last thing I expected him to say. But, still i tilt my head waiting for him to break out of character and laugh

Aaron: ....kidding?

Roni: You must think I'm insecure if you thought I would be affected by that joke

Aaron: Insecure? That's the last thing I would label you as.

I shake my head smiling

Aaron: So, you're saying that if I really did want to ask another girl out, you wouldn't be affected?

I roll my eyes in response as he still tries to poke at me

Roni: It's your life. I respond sassily

Aaron: ...and what if the girl was you..? He whispers in my ear

Again, he makes my breath hitch. I find my body frozen when I feel his breath on my neck and his smell takes over all my senses.

Aaron: But...I think there's something we need to talk about before all that.

Aaron pulls away back to his spot and I adjust my shirt as if it became two times smaller.
