Hello! If you don't know me, my name is Rei. I'm 13 years old and turning 14 this summer. As you can tell by the title of this book, I'm growing wings. Bird wings. How is that possible, you may ask? Well, it's not magick, I can tell you that. It's actually science. I'm going to be using subliminals, biokinesis, meditation and visualization.
Subliminals>> "(of a stimulus or mental process) below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it." So pretty much it's a video with voices you can't hear, telling your mind that you're growing wings.
Biokinesis>> "biokinesis. Noun. (uncountable) (political science) A political theory concerning the movement of populations as a basis for power. (parapsychology) The supposed ability to mentally control the bodily functions of oneself or another." You tell yourself and make yourself believe you have wings.
Meditation>> "think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation." Um... sit down and let your mind go blank. Usually do this while listening to subs
Visualization>> "the formation of a mental image of something." So you are imagining your wings growing but at like 50x speed or them being on your back
I have actually made my own subliminal (search YouTube for grow wings subliminal by rei) and am going to put it in a playlist with two other subs. I'm considering if I should use a booster.
Now this is just going to be a guide, but I have like three journal I'm keeping track of my progress in. This will be full of tips and tricks to help you on your avian journey. Or if you just want to know about what the hell we are and how this works. Some stuff I will write myself, others I will get off other websites and apps and give credit to the original creators. I hope this guide helps you!

Here is the basics of wing structure and wing growing.1- small lumps have formed and most of the base muscles have grown and developed enough to start moving.
2- the bud starts to grow outward a bit as it grows larger all together, beginning to form new muscle and new bones. Nerves grow into the bud, and will probably be around as sensetive as your hands and fingers, so be careful of wearing scratchy or uncomfortable clothing.
3- cartilage "molds" have fully formed by now and will begin to expand and harden. The wings will finally begin to take their shape a bit. Even though this cartilage begins to harden it will still not be as dense as the rest of your bones until they have their final shape.
4- your new limbs are now generally recognizable as wings, your new muscles will probably be developed enough at this point to begin flexing your wings. Your bones will most likely now feel like the solid bone in the rest of your skeleton
These early stages are when you most definitely need to take care of yourself and make sure you are eating enough. You will probably end up taking in a lot of extra calories daily, and you should at least do light exercise. Your body needs to be healthy to do this.
