Gods, where do I start. I just started high school , I have a TON of homework, I'm renovating a house, I'm making a very complicated (for me) dress, I'm also making articulating wings, and yea, my life has been a mess. I've had no "free time" in the past few weeks and my life is honestly terrible right now. But is that the main point of this chapter? No.

I don't think I ever put this on here, but about two months ago I tried doing ghoul subs again. I stopped after about a month after realizing what an idiotic idea that would be, but it did have some lasting effects on me, and I'm honestly to scared to do a flush, because I don't want to accidentally lose all the progress I've made with my wings.
First off, the side effects I had were headaches, dizziness, back pains, things tasting weird and bland and making me want to throw up.
Even after I stopped listening to the sub, I still had these, but I just pushed it to the side and "got used to it".  Recently, these have been getting worse and worse. The main foods affecting me are sugary ones, greasy ones, and dairy related things. I'm not lactose intolerant. These just tasted bland at first, which I honestly didn't care about, but it's started getting worse. Nothing I guess you would call "healthy" was really affecting me in this way, just like when I did ghoul subs about a year ago, except I used a flush. But now, I can barely eat anything without feeling sick, and nothing is filling. I know I'm not sick or anything, cuz again, this happened before, the same time I was doing ghoul subs. Also the slight constant headaches I had have been turning into almost migraines. And I randomly get dizzy spells or almost pass out a lot more than I used to (again: this also happened when I used ghoul subs before, I just didn't think it was a side effect at the time.) and tonight I had one of those nutri grain bar things (which I eat often as a snack) and it tasted like literal vomit. Dunno if it was that particular one or if it was related to this.
What confuses me is that I'm getting more progress but I'm not listening to those subs anymore. By the way this was one of the reasons I left for a while, I was trying to figure out what the hecc was going on.
Anyways, any idea why this is happening?
And how I can stop it without using a flush if it's possible?
