Meditation
-Never meditate if you are the least bit hungry at all!! Meditation takes up a lot of energy, especially when you're meditating in order to grow an entirely new body part, so always at least have a snack soon before meditation.
-Keep water nearby! While meditating it's a good idea to always keep a cup or bottle of water nearby because your brain needs to stay hydrated while it's trying to focus so hard. (It's ok to break meditation momentarily, you don't even have to meditate with your eyes closed!)
- Meditate while listening to your subliminals if you use them. You can also use biokinesis/healing/DNA repair frequencies and meditation music.
-Push yourself, just not too hard! Half ass meditating for 5 minutes a day with half focus isn't going to do very much. But at the same time, you shouldn't force every single bit of your energy right into trying to force yourself to grow wings because that won't help very much either. Find a balance that works for you!
-Try to maintain your main and absolute focus on feeling things rather than watching or seeing them in your mind. Visualization is a great tool but visualization alone will not make your cells do what they need to do. When visualizing, also try to physically feel what would happen if everything went the way you see it going.
-If you feel like you don't know exactly what you're doing, take a break to do a bit of research! If you don't quite understand how the bones should look or sit in your wings don't try to push onwards without knowing what you're doing!
-When you feel phantom limbs, sensations, pains, etc try to feel why that's happening and try to push it to continue.
-Try different methods if you feel like your methods aren't doing much. Even try to take a break for a day or so, it seems counterproductive but it helps more than you'd think!
Subliminals
-Use boosters! I always listen to a booster or multiple boosters before my wing subliminals to get me in a better mindset for accepting affirmations. Here are some links to some boosters I feel are good for wing growth and wing subliminals:

-Make sure you're using wing subliminals with good affirmations! Here are some more recommendations, for wing subs:

-Always stay as hydrated as possible listening to subliminals! Don't drink too much though, either! Just sipping on water occasionally throughout listening should be enough.
-Never rely on subliminals alone to grant results! Subliminals are an amazing tool to aid in growing wings and can make big impacts on progress but they can never give you wings by themselves alone. Use them as an aid, not as your main method!
-Dont force yourself to listen to subliminals. If you don't feel like having to listen to them then don't make yourself, it's ok to skip them every once in a while!
Energy
-Eat good meals and eat healthy!
-Bless or imbue your food before you eat it. It can be as simple as just looking at it and thinking "my body will use the nutrients in this food for my wings". If you pray before you eat, try adding in a bit about your wings if you feel comfortable with it!
-When you're getting ready to meditate, before actually getting into the focused portion, try to just chill and gather energy from around you before trying to push any into your wings. You can visualize a ball of light seeping into you, the sunlight from your window soaking into your body, any way you like to visualize your energy really. Just build it up before trying to release it all.
-Work on your vibrations. The Law Of Attraction says we attract things when our vibrations are in tune with what we want. Work on finding the energetic vibration that resonates with your wing development (I suggest looking for vibrational frequency videos!)
