Time Passes/Strange Things Happen Pt.2

Anna's P.O.V...

" Maybe it was just a dream." I thought as I began to get ready. I dressed into a nice pair of clothes.

I then cleaned my face up and put my hair in a pony tail with my long bangs pushed behind my ears. I tell Kai goodbye and leave my room. I meet Dark at the front of the castle as he was talking to Will. They both smile when they see me and Will walks away. I walk over to Dark and he cheeks me out.

" You look great." He tells me as I looked at him as well. He was wearing some black jeans, walking shoes, and a leather jacket with a white shirt under. His eye color was changed into some brown ones like Mark's as well.

" You too Dark. So, why do you look different than usual?" I ask making him smile.

" To blend in of course. Where we're going is a place where humans run around. I don't want them to know I was out and was with you. It's just to make us safer, that way we won't get jumped be the rebels like Willford did before. Now let's get going, our ride awaits." He smirks as he reaches his hand out to me. I take his hand and we leave the castle. I was surprised when I saw a black truck waiting there instead of a carriage. " I turned it into a truck since it is was one of the types of vehicles the rebels use. That way no rebel or human messes with us. If a demon tries to kill us, I'll take care of it." He smirks making me laugh. We get into the truck and he drives us to our destination. The sun was up a little, but I didn't mind. We finally came to a stop and I looked at Dark.

" Is it safe to get out?" I joke making him nod. We get out and after closing the door we head to the back of the truck. We we're on a very tall cliff looking out over the castle and my village. The sun was still out but look as if it were to set soon. I looked behind me to ask Dark where we were, but the sight took my breath away. The bed was open and there was a blanket with a picnic basket laying there with food laying around it. Dark was sitting on the edge looking at me with a smirk. I blush at how simple yet romantic it looked. I sit next to him and breath again.

" Wow Dark." Was all I could say. He chuckles and shrugs.

" I'm glad your impressed. I thought we could eat our dinner out here and enjoy ourselves." He explains making me smile down at my lap.

" Well, let's eat I am starving. " He chuckle at me and we began to eat. After eating for awhile, we finally finish and Dark makes the stuff vanish. When he does I see a few pillows up against the tool box and smile. I push myself to lay on them and so does Dark. As we laid there with our backs against the pillows on the toolbox, the sun started to set. It was the first sunset I had seen like this since forever. I watched it set as everything got dark. Then all at once the place around us lit up like christmas lights, but the white kind. I looked at them in amazement until my eyes finally landed on Dark. He was looking around too smiling at his work. He then looks at me smiling a different kind of smile. One that you would only hear from fairy tales when the prince finds his princess. My heart began to race as he stared at me with that smile. I could no longer lie to myself anymore. " I love him..." He grabs my hand and pulls it up to his lips and kisses my knuckles gently making me blush, but I couldn't pull my eyes away from him. He drops our hands slowly to his lap as he began to lean towards me. I follow his example and our lips connect to each other's like two puzzle pieces. His hand let's go of mine as he places it on my neck deepening the kiss. I slid my hands to his shoulders and let my arms go around his neck with his other hand on my waist. Our lips moved in sync until we finally pulled apart breathless. He smirked as he looked into my eyes. That's when I noticed his eyes were back to his normal color, black irises. There was so much emotion behind them as he kissed me again, this time quicker than the first.
