Preparations For The War.

3rd P.O.V...

Months have gone by since Anna has joined the rebellion and Dark was devastated of her disappearance. No one knew what was causing Dark to be so distracted, but no one dared to ask. Only a very few people knew and they were trying their best to find her. Anna had been being trained by Zane and was excelling above most other humans. Zane and Anna were growing close and everything was falling into plan. Soon the ultimate War would be arriving and Anna will be right there by Zane's side. Anna was going to fight not only for humanity, but for herself as well. Zane has made her his top soldier in his rebellion army and Anna didn't mind. Dark got more angry and angry by the day when they couldn't find her. Mark grew depressed and Willford continued to look for her.

Anna's P.O.V...

After joining the rebellion, I've been having dreams about King Dark. I tried to forget him for everything he has done to me, but something felt off. " Was this the right thing? I know they're demons, but why must we fight? Yes, they have done a lot of bad things to us, but does that mean we can't talk it out?" I kept asking these questions to myself as if I knew the answer. My mind told me not to care since they're monsters, but my heart tells me there's something missing that I don't remember. I've been slowly getting my memories back, by doing familiar things. Like the training, I have trained with King Dark before as well. I danced at a masquerade ball with him, I've made love with him, I've kissed him so many times, I had a pink haired best friend, Dark saved me during a forced marriage. In every memory that came back there were mostly about him and those men. " Who are they? I do not know." I thought as my eyes wondered back to Zane telling us our battle strategies.

" Anna, are you listening?" He ask making nod. " Good, now the most powerful ones y'all have to worry about are.... Dark. Willford Warfstash, Anti, Die, Deanan, and..." He continued to explain as I zoned out as I studied the faces of them closely. He was explaining everything about each one as he pointed them out. I guess I was too deep in thought since everyone, but me began to get up and leave. I quickly snap out of it and do the same, but Zane stops me. " Are you alright Anna?" He asks as he walks over. I turn around to face him, only to find him really close to me, for some reason. I step back a little smiling.

" Yeah, just had a hard time sleeping again last night. The same nightmare like last time." I lie as brushed my hair behind my ear.

" Hmm, you've been having those for these past few days now. If they get too bad, you can always come to my room and talk about it to me. It might help you after all." He suggests but I laugh at off a little.

" No, I'm sure they'll go away. It's just prewar jitters I guess. There mostly about my village being burned and whatever. But I know everything is going to get better after the war though." I tell him to try and pacify him.

" Yes, yes in deed. I am sure with your help, we'll be victorious believe me child." He says pulling me close. At first I am confused at his weird behavior until I feel him pet my head like a dog. He let's go of me and waves me goodbye as he left me in the room. I shudder from his cold lingering touch and quickly made my way to bed like everyone else. Once I'm in our room again, I look over to see Amy still unconscious. I bight my lip in angst as I began to change out of my training clothes. I then took a quick shower and checked on Amy before continuing my usual routine in the bathroom. I then turned off the lights and tried to sleep right after. But after awhile I gave up and decided to go back on all those memories with blurred faces. But this time they were no longer blurry, instead I could finally see them. Willford, Anti, Die, Deanan... They were all my friends before I lost my memories. " I wonder what happened to me?" Was the last thought I had when I finally fell asleep.

The next morning all felt like a blur. Amy had woken up with trouble remembering what happened in the village to her at first, but she began to try and explain what happened. She was acting scared when she saw Zane which confused me, she was trying to say something when she fainted out of nowhere. But Zane caught her and sent her to the safe place with a few others, who were not able to fight, for her protection. We were all done changing into our battle clothes and were now going over the last of our plans.

Mark's P.O.V...

They were still training and Dark continued to do everything like usual. From training other demons and going over our plans of attack. Dark had been upset over Anna's disappearance and he was way harsher with everyone except me. He wouldn't even talk to me much, just a quick glance is mostly what I saw from him. I have been hoping that Amy and Anna were still alive; because we could not find any trace of them at the burned down village. That made us at least feel a little better that they were more likely okay. It continued to go the same like for days until it was the day. The rebellion had already began making their way fully ready for an all out war and Dark was pissed. Since they were the ones who burned the villages and did something to Anna. Dark had me train with them and already had us all ready for the fight. This was going to be the war of a lifetime and I was afraid of losing my life in hopes of seeing my fiance and sister again. It felt as if my life was flashing before my eyes as both sides were ordered to charge and fight. I took a deep breath in and ran with the demons who were my companions for the war.
