Chapter 38 - Agent J ending

Agent J came out of the portal.
Then the portal closed behind him.
However suddenly he forgot all about what had happened.
He looked around confused but then remembered the rocket was taking off.
He quickly ran to the zip wire and got into the carriage.
Agent J turned around and unclipped the carriage which made it go shooting down the zip wire.
In the distance, down on the beach, young agent K and the colonel were both running away from the rocket.
The carriage had just got down to the beach when all of them ducked when the sand was blown about from the rocket.
People miles away from the rocket started clapping and cheering when the rocket went into the air.
Agent J quietly got out of the carriage without being noticed by Young Agent K and the Colonel.
He ran up a slope with plants on which were hiding him from Young Agent K and the Colonel.
"Wow" Agent J said to himself as he saw the rocket in the air.
He looked down to see Young Agent K and the Colonel also watching the rocket in the air.
Agent J could just make out what they were saying to each other.
"Bingo" Young Agent K said.
"Man, that is some next lever stuff" The Colonel replied.
In space the archnet had come off of the rocket and was now shielding the entire planet Earth.
"You ever want to see more..I know a top secret organisation that could use a man like you" Young Agent K said and looked at the Colonel.
The Colonel looked at him.
"I wish I could" The Colonel replied.
"Thank you" Young Agent K said and they both shook hands.
"I'll see you around K" Agent J said and began to walk away.
However the door leading to wear the rocket was opened and revealed young Borris.
"LOOK OUT!" The Colonel shouted.
Agent J heard this and stopped walking and quickly turned back around.
The Colonel pushed Young Agent K down and aimed his gun at young Borris.
However young Borris shot a spike at him which killed him.
Young Agent K then aimed his alien gun at Young Borris.
"Go ahead" Young Borris said. "Arrest me"
"Not this time" Young Agent K responded and shot Young Borris which disintegrated him.
Young Agent K then put his gun away.
He then checked on the Colones body.
"Where there's death there will always be death" Agent J said to himself.
A few yards away was a car and a kid came out of ti.
"Daddy?,Daddy?" The kid shouted.
This got Young Agent K's attention.
Young Agent K got up and walked over to the kid.
"Hey" Young Agent K said.
He then crouched in front of the kid.
"Hey, my name is K" Young Agent K said. "What's your name?"
"James" The boy replied.
Agent J just stood there listening.
"James? That's a nice name" Young Agent K said.
"Where's my dad?" James asked.
Young Agent K paused but then changed the subject.
"What have you got there? What is that?" Young Agent K asked pointing at a watch in James's hand.
"My dad gave it to me" James replied. "We timed the launch"
Agent J then got out the same watch out from his pocket.
He looked at it then back at the two.
"Where's my daddy?" James asked.
"He..." Young Agent K stuttered. "He went to go do something very special and he wanted me to stay here and take care of his best pal"
"When is he gonna be back?" James asked.
"He uh..." Young agent K said.
Young agent K looked down and then back up to James.
"James" Young agent K said and got out his black glasses and put them on.
He then got out his neuralizer and held it up.
"If you look right here" Young agent K said. "I will tell you the only thing you ever need to know"
He then pressed a button on it which made a flash.
James then looked up at K.
Young Agent K then took off his black glasses.
"Your daddy is a hero" Young agent K said.
"My daddy is a hero?" James repeated.
"Want to take a walk with me?" Young agent K asked while standing up.
"Yes" James replied.
The two of them held hands and walked off into the distance.
Agent J looked down to what he witnessed.
He knew he had to leave so he put his watch away and quietly walked away to go back to his own time to meet up with future Agent K.
