BNHA Quirk Switches

Intense chatter amongst class 1-A fills the small classroom. There's talk of many materialistic things, clothes, parties, quirks. Their usually calm teacher gestures for them to sit down, "Alright everyone, time to settle down. We have a very important lesson to go over. I suggest you listen."

Most quiet down but some continue with their conversations. Kaminari stands up, arms akimbo, "Are we actually going to learn something useful in this class?"

Students snicker around him as the comment. Kaminari's always been the class clown, even when he doesn't intend too. Mr. Aizawa sighs. Half of the time he doesn't even want to be in the class but as he likes to say, 'duty calls', "Mr. Denki, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take a seat. As today's lesson is of the utmost importance."

He eventually takes his seat in his desk. The students turn their attention to their mentor. He begins to explain how this day is unlike any other. Eventually, a phenomenon, that occurs every twenty years, will take place. The planets aline in a harmonic formation and an anomaly occurs. It causes the quirks people possess to switch with others. Gasps echo throughout the students.

He continues, "Most of the time the switching happens between people who already know each other. More commonly, lovers, close friends, but sometimes even enemies may switch quirks. Why I remember-" He smiles a bot before stopping himself, "anyways, it's important to know we will attempt to run things as normal as possible during 'The Switch' as we like to call it."

Yaoyorozu raises her hand to which Mr. Aizawa calls on her, "If the switch occurs every twenty years, who did you switch with?" A few students snickered at her comment of his age.

He shakes his head, "Present Mic and me."More laughs and gasps emit from the students. Several hands raise. They shake eager to be answered though Mr. Aizawa ushers for them to put them down, "Now students this phenomenon of sorts could happen at any time. There will be an extra class to help you control your new quirks where the original owner will explain tips and tricks with you."

Midoryia thought still trying to pay attention to the new important information, "Will I even switch quirks with someone? Mine isn't even my own really. But if I don't switch with someone they'll all be suspicious. Maybe I could have fake it if I have too?"

An angered voice in front of Midoryia shouts, "Shut up, Deku!"

He apologizes to Bakugo. Mr. Aizawa orders them to end their bickering, something very common between the two. After the two boys comply, he continues class as normal, the rest of the students jittery from the info previously given.

The bell rings signaling the end of class and beginning of lunch. Uraraka and Iida wait for Midoryia outside the classroom. The three future pro heroes enjoy spending time with each other and always eat together. Uraraka grabs Midoriya's arm, a mixture of fear and excitement flowing through her, "Deku, aren't you excited about whos quirk you're gonna switch with? I was talking with Hagakure about it and we realized that when she switches she'll be visible like when she was younger. Isn't that so cool?" She shouts.

"I-I guess bu-but aren't you worried you'll get a  bad quirk or someone won't use your quirk correctly? What if we get hurt using out new quirk? Will the teacher even be able to help us? I mean their's will be switched around too. What if-"

"Midoriya, you're muttering!"                                                                            "Deku, you're muttering!"

Iida and Uraraka shout in unison. He apologizes for his muttering once more but they ignore him looking to the next person to exit the classroom: Todoroki.

"Oh hey, Todoroki," Uraraka waves at the sulking boy, "are you excited for 'The Switch'? I know we just  learned about it but I can't wait to get a whiff of fresh air with a new quirk." She jumps up and down.

He shrugs in response. She ignores her previous comment, asking him if he'd join her Iida and Midoriya for lunch to which he declines coldly, "I enjoy eating alone."

"Oh come on. No one really likes to eat alone, they just say they do."

He pushes past the three saying, "Well I do." The three shrugs off the coldness of Todoroki, I mean he isn't called icy-hot for nothing, heading to their table at lunch.
