Kendo places a hand on Hagakure's shoulder making sure she doesn't comprise their location any more than it already is. 

Toga asks again, "You're not going to say anything little heroes? I know you're there."

The group is unaware of her quirk putting them at a disadvantage. They can't just sit there and wait for her to use whatever tactic she has up her sleeve. Deku, being the noble one of the group, stands from the bushes that had been providing them cover. Toga smiles as he does this waiting for his response like the hungry bear she is. 

"Nobody here needs to start a fight." He says, walking right into the palm of her hand. 

His body goes rigid like he's fallen into a frozen lake. He recognizes this feeling. The lack of control over his own body parts sends him back to the fighting festival. He realizes much too late that she has obtained Shinso's quirk. 

"Turn around for me so all your little friends know what's about to happen."

He complies and faces the bush where the other's hide. There's no need to keep where they are a secret now. They all stand from behind the shrubbery except for one person. Mina sneaks off from the group making sure to avoid any sticks on the ground. If she can sneak around to her backside before Toga can realize what's going on, Mina can have the upper hand in an attack. Kendo illuminates on the fact that she's severely outnumbered even with Deku on her side because of the brainwashing.

"That may be the case now but when Dabi gets here the tides will change." She smiles devilishly, "And in the meantime, I know none of you want to hit a friend."

He tries to break free of her control as he did in the fight with Shinso but there something different about Toga. She has a bigger want to keep him controlled than he did.
