"Why would you decide to save your little friends when I'm sure they wouldn't do the same for you?" Dabi questions with a smirk across his features, "And you're injured too? Such easy prey."
Kaminari shakes his head at them. He talks how he knows that sacrificing yourself for your friends is something they'd do for him too. This gets another laugh out of the two heartless villains. Kaminari gestured with his hand behind his back signaling for the others to go. They don't have much time before Dabi and Toga realize they're directly in their grasps.
Uraraka protests silently to the others hiding but Bakugo shakes his head. They all know that there's no way they can save Kaminari by themselves but she that's a hard thought to swallow. Could they be hyping up heir opponent too much. It would be at least three to two if they take in the fact that Kaminari is injured? If they could get the others that he saved too, would they stand a chance? That might be their only hope. Tsu motions to a fairly clear path that leads back towards the school. They were all so hopeful that the gate would be their exit and they'd finally be able to take breather but that hopes been crushed now. Holding their breath and diving right in seems to be the way to go about this situation.
They make it back to the school without any problems but their minds don't leave the thought of Kaminari's predicament. Would they kill him or try to convert him into a a villain which he'd never do or even take him as a hostage to use later on? Uraraka's head is especially spinning with these despair inducing thoughts. She wants to believe that he got away that he's perfectly fine but that's hard to predict when talking about who the opponents are.
The smaller group decides to look for more of their the others they saw. There were a lot more of them but still they looked exhausted. But who wouldn't be? They've been living off their own adrenaline since this ordeal started what must have been hours ago.
Bakugo speculates that they're on the opposite side of the school since that looked to be the way they were heading. It might be quicker to walk around the whole school to get there but dangers would be lurking. Though it wouldn't be much different if they choose to head straight through the school and bust open a window. Maybe they'd run into the others on the inside? Hopefully they'll still be close enough to find easier.
"We should go straight through. Then we can have more cover." Uraraka suggests, still trying to push down her guilty feelings that try to consume her whole.
"You do have a point." Tsu says.
"But at the same time it could take longer. We wanna get there and her out as quick as we can."
That when it hits that they have to have a plan for what happens after they meet up with the others. Even if they manage to defeat Toga and Dabi the question of how they're going to get out still lingers for them at least. Todoroki has already planned to escape from another wall at the school specifically the back one. Not many people would be around there. At least that's what their groups thinking.
Uraraka, Bakugo, and Tsu don't know about this at all having not seen Todoroki in the first place. They're taking their best guess at the plans. They all decide to put the planning ahead to the back of their minds and worry about what's in front of them. The goal now is to catch up with the others and rescue Kaminari.
