"Here are the pictures of people we are going to deal with."

He handed me two pieces of envelopes.

"He is Leonardo Vargas. A businessman with business related to guns. Transaction with him will happen next Friday, evening. Make sure you will be on time."

I am reading the description of Vargas when I heard him. I immediately stopped reading before I look at him. Coldly.

"I won't be late, Mr. Villanueva."

"Call me Sir. Mr. Villanueva is too formal and too lengthy to pronounce."

I just nodded and reached the next envelope below the first one. I heard him clicked his tongue.

"That's it? You will just give me a nod?"

I raised my brow but eventually lower it down when I realized I am not Aira today. I shifted my gaze at him.

"Why? What's the matter?"

I saw him clenched his jaw before answering my question.

"Nothing."

"Okay."

I continue looking at the picture of a very sophisticated, beautiful woman. Her skin is as white as snow. Her jewelries shouted her social status in life and her lips are coated with red lipstick. I guess she is somewhere around 30's. Typical rich woman.

"Maggie Emerson. Her business is related to bombs. We will be needing her and of course, her bombs. We also need to close the transaction as soon as possible. Is that clear to you, Mr. Dela Cruz?"

I stared at him.

"Closing a deal? Is that even part of my job?"

"Yes. We have already talked about it. Have we?"

Kumunot ang noo ko. Aaron agreed with this?

"Yes, Mr. Villanueva."

"I told you to just call me sir."

"Yes, sir."

Arte.

He even explain to me what kind of people we are dealing with.

May meeting pa kayong kailangan puntahan."

Who are you, Aira? Tahanan ng mga kuwento. Tumuklas ngayon
