My silver eyes followed Kira Stone as she walked to the door to let someone in.
I groaned, "Victoria Enright. God no."
"Don't flatter yourself, wolf boy," Victoria Blake, teleporter, grumbled. "I'm not thrilled about this either."
"Both of you, cut it out," Kira's grey eyes were hard.
"I specifically request for Brant," Victoria sat next to my chair.
"I know," Kira shuffled paper work. "That's why I denied it."
"What? Why?!" she exclaimed.
"Because you two...are too close to work together," I filled in, rolling my silver eyes, shifting my NF hat over my black hair.
"How do you know that?" Victoria turned to face me as I lounged in the chair.
"Says it in the rules," I smiled annoyingly.
"Wait," she held of her hands. "You actually read the rules?"
"Ha, ha, funny," my silver eyes narrowed.
"Kira," Victoria began.
She stopped her with one hand raised. Victoria drew back, sulking quietly.
She threw two files onto the table in front of us. I grabbed the file and opened it.
"Meet Tommy Walker," Kira folded her hands in front of her on the desk.
