Chapter 15

The rest of the weekend went really well. I spent some time alone with my mum and I told her everything that I haven't got round to telling her like how we and Leigh-Anne got together, how she managed to get a black eye.

She was actually really glad with Leigh-Anne at what she did to Katherine she said she has it coming.

Before we knew it it was time to go so we packed our stuff and started the 5 hour trip back to campus. My mum said she would come with us so I could get my car to Uni. Leigh-Anne insisted that I go with my mum and her and Jesy would take her car. I didn't argue. We took turns in driving and 5 hours later we reached campus it was only 5 in the afternoon and my mums train wasn't till 7 so we decided to go get something to eat and settled on TGI Fridays. We ordered our food and as we were waiting I heard someone shout my name, I looked round to see Zayn walking towards me with a massive grin on this face.

"Hey Z" I smiled standing up and giving him a hug.

"Hey you"

"Mum this is Zayn, Zayn this is my mum"

"Nice to meet you Mrs Edwards"

"Debs please" she smiled

"Nice to meet you Debs"

"You alone" I asked

"Nah with Sam, he went to see Jade this weekend to see how she was and she broke up with him so he's a bit upset"

"Why" Leigh-Anne and Jesy said in unison.

"Apparently she just said that she doesn't feel the same anymore"

"Awww noo Jam were awesome" Jesy said looking sad.

"Jam?" I asked confused

"Yeah Jade and Same mixed together" Leigh-Anne said.

"Oh, well why don't you join us, mum that okay with you"

"Yeah sure hun"

"Okay I'll go get Sam"

With that Zayn left and got Sam and they came and joined us. We managed to cheer Sam up abit. I don't know if it was because they were having fun because my mum did the whole 20 questions on Zayn and Sam and was embarrassing me. I didn't care as long as Sam was cheering up.

Once we finished our meals I drove my mum to the train station leaving everyone at TGI Fridays.

"Well I must say per you've got yourself a good bunch of people there, especially Leigh-Anne and Jesy" my mum said as we sat waiting for the train.

"Thanks mum and I know"

"I'm glad your happy but be careful okay and next time something happens talk to me okay?"

"Yeah I will" just then the train pulled in.

"Thanks for coming back with me"

"Your welcome darling, I'll ring you tomorrow, by sweetie I love you"

"I love you too mum" I said as she got on the train.

I went back to TGI Fridays to see them all waiting outside for me. We decided to go to the cinema and watch a comedy to help cheer Sam up. Me and Leigh-Anne were about to sit down next to each other when she pulled me back

"Oh no you don't, I know what you to are like, I'm sitting in between you" Jesy said trying to be serious.

I sighed and moved seat I didnt bother putting up a fight because you will never win against Jesy. Throughout the whole movie I just wanted Leigh-Anne all of her but I couldn't, I couldn't even touch her or anything. I hate this.

The film finished as we all headed back to campus, I was absolutely shattered. It wasn't long before I fell asleep in Leigh-Anne arms.

About 2 weeks had passed and me and Leigh-Anne are getting stronger day by day but when we were alone it's like we haven't touched each other in weeks. That isn't the case as we've had quite a few late nights. It's like she does something to me that makes me need her all the time.

Same seems to have cheered up a bit took a while but he's getting there which I'm glad to see Jade must have meant a lot to him. Zayns been a really good friend to him he's always with Sam making sure he isn't alone trying to make him laugh and stuff it was nice. My mum is right my friends are awesome.

We had a week left before we had a few days off and then after those few days it was show time. I wasn't that nervous to be honest I think it's because even if I get laughed at I know I will still have Leigh-Anne, Jesy, Zayn, Sam and Jordan.

During the past few weeks we've decided who is singing what on both songs and made a tune for them both. The first one which we decided to call Love Drunk is upbeat and fast and Wings the song I wrote we decided to do it slow and acoustically so that it shows of our vocals. Jade will be back in 4 days according to Jesy so then we just need to teach Jade the way the song is sung and make sure our harmonies work together.

It was Saturday so me as Leigh-Anne and Jesy decided to have a takeaway in my dorm while watching the X Factor, it's just started again and watching it makes me wish I had the confidence to go on it, maybe one year.

"Do you know what I don't get" Leigh-Anne said.

"What" I asked

"Well you see these 25+year olds and they have amazing voices, why did they never try out sooner"

"Maybe they weren't ready and now they are" Jesy stated.

"I guess but then you see kids audition that are like 14-15 surely they can't be ready at that age"

"Who knows, but I think it's stupid to have lowered the age to 14, that's just silly there kids. If you look at all the child stars now they've lost the plot. Being that young and in the spotlight just spells disaster" I said

"I guess so but they think they are ready and can handle it then why should we stop them" Jesy replied

" And plus popstars are getting younger and younger nowadays"

Me and Leigh-Anne just nodded in agreement.

We carried on watching it and there are some incredible ones this year. I could even take a guess at who will be in the live shows.

Leigh-Anne was cuddled into me I had my arm around her just loving the way I felt with her. I love Leigh-Anne I do she's been there for me so much and she makes me happy im so lucky to have her. I leaned down and kissed her.

"What was that for" she smiled

"Do I need a reason to kiss my girlfriend" I replied

"Nope so kiss me again"

I did as I was told this time the kiss lasted a bit longer, then we heard a gagging sound and pulled away smiling knowing it was Jesy.

"Seriously guys I'm trying to eat" Jesy said and just then the dorm door opened. Well all looked up to see who it was and stood in the door way was the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
