~Luke's POV~

Once I finally got off the phone, I hung up and headed out of the kitchen to go back towards the living room. As much as I hated to admit it, I was really enjoying talking to Iris tonight. I hadn't expected that, but somehow it had happened. I'd only started talking to her because I was bored, but I hadn't had much expectation for conversation. I thought I'd find myself just as bored as before.

Regardless, I found myself really liking talking to her, so I was kind of looking forward to talking to her more. Just kind of.

However, when I returned to the living room and my eyes landed on Iris, I was greeted with the sight of her sleeping. She was curled up into a little ball, her small hands resting between her legs and her chest. Her head was laid on top of her knees, her whole body leaned into the couch cushions as she slept. I sighed to myself, looking down at her as soft breaths left her. I hated how cute I thought she looked. I wasn't sure how she'd managed to fall asleep so quickly, seeing as I'd only been gone for about ten minutes.

For a minute, I stood there and stared down at her, thinking. I contemplated just leaving her there and going up to my room, but something in me felt like that was too mean, which was ironic. I had made her sleep outside before, but I was feeling bad about leaving her to sleep on the couch? I sighed to myself, shaking my head. These past few days, I had started to feel different towards her. She slowly was growing on me, unfortunately. Still, there was that other part of me that hated her. "Goddamn it." I muttered to myself.

I leaned down and carefully gathered her curvy body into my arms, cradling her to my chest. A soft whine left her lips and I felt her legs wind around my waist, nuzzling her head into my neck. The feeling of her warm breath on my skin made me shiver, but I disregarded it and headed upstairs. My hands held her under thighs to keep her up, heading down the hallway and towards her and Cassie's bedroom. Once I reached the door, I merely stood there. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get her into bed without waking her friend. After heavy contemplation, I turned and headed towards my room with Iris still in my hold. "Just the once." I mumbled to myself, carefully opening my bedroom door. I didn't bother with the lights, kicking the bedroom door shut before I headed in the direction of my bed.

Carefully, I laid her down in my bed and pulled the blankets over her, debating on whether or not I wanted to join her. Then, I decided I would. It was my bed, after all.

I stripped down into my boxers and headed to the empty side of my bed, crawling in. The bed dipped under my weight, but I paid it no mind. Instead, I simply set off to sleep.

~Iris's POV~

I was surprised when I woke up to find myself in a room I did not recognize. I also knew it was not where I had fallen asleep at.

I sat up in the bed, frowning in confusion as I looked around the room. It was a lot bigger than the other rooms in the cabin, so I assumed it must've been Luke's room. But where was he? I dismissed my worries, deciding that looking over Luke's room was far more important than anything else. I had a feeling I'd never be allowed back in here in my life.

The bed I was in had posts on both ends of the bed, with wood that connected across from one post to the next to connect them to one another. I noticed there was two doors on the left side of the room, probably his bathroom and closet, while the right side had one door, which obviously must've been the door connecting to the hallway. Against the wall right across from me was a long dresser, and there was a circle shaped couch that sat in the very middle of his room with a small section to enter into the couch area. Mounted on the right wall in front of the couch was a large plasma screen TV. I sat up, brushing my fingers against the soft, sheer fabric of his dark blue bedsheets. It looked to be made out of voile.
