I came back into conciseness and forced my eyes open. I could move again but I was pretty sure I broke a rib or two.

I was laying on the tile floor. I sat up and looked around. The room was tinted red and the full size mirror behind me had shattered. I picked up a piece and my reflection wasn't there. It was the corpse that had once been in this room.

The mirror on the other side was shattered too. The shard I was looking through seemed to be small and was angled conveniently.

I watched as Jordan walked into the bathroom and saw 'my' dead body. He covered his mouth and tears formed in his eyes. He kneeled over 'me' and checked for 'my' vital signs as tears dripped from his face.

Now I was crying because of all that pain he was going through. I could see the pain on his face, in his eyes.

He couldn't find 'my' pulse so he hugged 'my' lifeless corpse, cradling it.

I couldn't look anymore. I put the shard down and scavenged the room.

There was a small bag, and writing scratched into the ground.

'Rip Jaylyn - Relieved from living'

Whoever made this makeshift grave really loved me.

I put the mirror shard into the bag without looking at it. I put my necklace (which came with me) in it too.

I carefully opened the door and ventured out.

I was greeted by a sky tinted red like blood and a street full of nothing. Cars were flipped and driven onto sidewalks, I didn't think any of them would work.

I walked down the sidewalk until I came across the grocery store Jordan shopped at. It was old and run down and broken into.

Suddenly I heard a click and I turned around to see three people in advanced military clothes and masks. I held my hands in the air.

"I- I didn't mean to cause any trouble."

They circled in like vultures. They poked me with their guns and got my hands behind my back and took my bag, pulling out my necklace.

"No! That's really important to me!" I struggled against their grip. One of them electrocuted me and the other held me up by my hair.

The last one took aim at my forehead.

Then a flash when by behind him.

And he dropped dead.

The other two looked up only to fall to the ground as well.

I scrambled through the one that took my necklaces' pockets and found it.

I held it to my chest and closed my eyes and cried.

Then I was pressed up against the wall of the grocery store and being held there by a blade of some kind.

"Who the hell are you? Do you work for another group?"

I opened my eyes and blinked away tears. A face came into focus. Well, brown eyes at least. It seemed to be a guy. He was too familiar though. He stared at me for a second. His eyes softened.

"J-Jay?" He stuttered. Now I could tell who it was. He might be a little dirtier and more disguised, but it sure is him.

"J-Jordan?"

Jordan shook his head and pressed the knife to my throat.

"No. You're not real. You're just like Piper. You're here to remind me of my failure."

"Jordan. Jordan. Please. It's me." I held up my necklace. His eyes softened again as he took his knife from my neck and held the necklace.

"I haven't seen this in years."

Then I remembered something.

"But wait. How can you be here when....?"

I dug out the shard of the mirror and saw that the bathroom door was wide open and I could see Jordan sitting on his bed, head in his hands.

The Jordan next to me looked into the shard too.

"How is that me? My reflection..."

I recounted my nightmare to him and told him what happened to me.

"So you're not my sister..."

"I am, I'm just her from a different dimension." I looked into the shard. "It used to be a pretty good one too."

"How old are you?"

"Almost 17."

Jordan's eyes widened.

"My sister was 19."

"Really? Because I've been waiting for a pretty long time to used the 'I'm an adult' thing against you."

"So there was no violence in your world?"

"The most I had to worry about was 16 year old doucebags grabbing my ass."

"So you haven't had to fight anything?"

"No, why?"

Jordan looked at me in the eyes.

"This is the second chance I've been wanting for so long. I can keep you innocent."

"I killed people in this world?"

"Yes, but you won't have to do that."

He picked me up and brought me to a secret tunnel.

It led to an underground base.

There were other people there. Although they were sleeping.

In the guys room, there were 6.

In the girls room, there were 3.

Jordan put me down on an empty bed in the girls room and kissed my forehead.

"Sleep well, okay?"

"Kay."

I closed my eyes and, surprisingly, fell asleep easily.
