Chapter 5: We're Going To Need More Heroes

It was time to recruit one of the most evil villains that Strike would need. Mistakenly, Strike brought this villain, assuming he was a hero from his dimension. He sure hopes there are no hard feelings. "Dementia, you idiotic excuse of an assistant." Black Hat said to Dementia. "Haha!" Laughed Dementia as she smashed objects with her hammer. Soon Strike arrived at Black Hat's lair. "What's this? Wait a second. YOU!" Yelled Black Hat before shapeshifting into a horrifying monster. "You trapped me in stone, I will..."

Before Black Hat could finish, his power was taken by Strike with his Pen. Dementia soon ran to his aid. Strike stood high and mighty. "Sorry for the misunderstanding, but you, as a villain, will want to hear what I have to say," Strike said. Black Hat stood powerless. "I have many other villains ready to team up and destroy the countless heroes and the universes they inhabit. With your help, we can do so, and you will be able to do so if you join me." Strike said. Black Hat stood and grinned. "Destroying heroes and universes, Haha, sounds VILLAINOUS!" Black Hat responds. Strike returned his powers, and Black Hat pushed Dementia off his arm. "What are we waiting for, HAHA!" Laughed Black Hat. Strike made the portal to his lair. They entered. All that was peaceful and prosperous will soon be chaos and destruction.

      All these dimensions have been tampered with, and all has seemed hopeless. Raven has used her teleportation powers to recruit the other heroes of the dimensions. "What is going on, Mama?" Asked Beast Boy. "Yes, I would also like to know what is happening." Said Starfire. "Well, I was captured alongside many heroes by Strike, a pure evil maniac who sought to strip heroes of their powers and well strike them down," Raven said, not meaning for that to sound like a pun. "Then where are we going now?" Asked Robin. "Yeah, this is bananas." Said Cyborg. "We are putting together a team of our own," Raven said before opening a portal.

     "Sorry, guys, but we need to find her." Said K.O., holding up his POW card of Garnet. "Well, K.O., that guy had teleportation and was able to take our powers away and give them back. I don't know if more help will do the trick." Said Enid. "Enid, if this hero K.O. knows can help us, then we need to find a way." Said Rad. All of a sudden, another portal opened in the sky. "Oh no, not again." Said K.O. It was Raven and the Teen Titans. "Raven!" Yelled K.O. in joy. "K.O., we need your help, and Garnet and Ben as well." Said Raven. K.O. turned to his friends. "Rad, Enid, I need you for this. Heroes and dimensions will be gone without you guys." Rad and Enid looked at each other, then at K.O. They both nodded in agreement. K.O.'s eyes lit up in joy. "Ok, Raven, let's go." Said K.O. before entering the portal.

     "Garnet, what are we going to do? That was not a Diamond or a gem." Asked Steven. "I know, Steven, we need the help of others. We crystal gems are not enough." Said Garnet. Pearl, Amathesis, Bismuth, Lapis, Peridot, and Steven all looked to her with worry. The portal opened. All the gems got back in formation for an attack. Lapis is taking the ocean to make fists. Peridot uses trash cans to defend. Bismuth with her hammer hand. Pearl with a sword. Amathesis with whips, and finally Steven with his shield. The Titans and the Plaza trio stepped out. As soon as they did, Lapis and the other except Garnet began to attack. Pearl vs. Robin. Amathesis against Enid. Rad and Bismuth. Lapis vs Starfire. Cyborg and Beast Boy vs. Peridot. Steven stopped when he realized a young boy was standing, trying to make them stop. "Everyone, Stop!" Yelled Garnet, Steven, and K.O. in unison.

      All the heroes stopped and looked in their direction. "We're on the same side," K.O. said. "I know this is crazy and all, but that villain that came from the portal was someone who took me, K.O., and Raven to a dimension of heroes. He destroyed it before we arrived to save it." Garnet said. All the heroes stopped and looked at the two who were speaking. "Look, all three of us have faced him, but not with this much power or reinforcements. We need you all." Raven said. They looked at one another, then at the three. They all nodded in agreement. "What other heroes will we need to face this?" Asked Pearl.

"We have someone in mind, but do any of you have any other heroes we can call upon?" Asked Garnet. Rad began to think of any heroes who would be helpful in this time of need. "Wait, I think I know these warriors who have a portal sword that could help us," Rad said. Steven began to open his mouth for the words to escape. "Maybe we can call Uncle Grandpa," Steven said. "Raven, there were those three heroes who helped us against that monkey. We can see them for help." Robin said. "Good, then we need to go see Ben and see if there could be other heroes that can help as well," Raven said.
