"I'm sorry about this, Ms. Blanche." Alex form a thin line with his lips as he slid the file labeled CONFIDENTIAL on it towards his client; a woman around her 40s, wearing a Armani suit, expensive purse and from her choice of café for their meet up, Alex deduced that she's a woman of high taste, and probably well-known in muggles society. Also, high chances that she's a flirter herself. Her body language is saying it all but  Alex decided to just endure it since she offered a pretty good amount of money.

"So it's all true?-- that he's been cheating on me?" she asked, biting a small bit of her bottom lips.

Alex took a deep breath, and nodded. "I'm very sorry."

"H-how did you find it out?"

Alex leans back over his chair and briefly look around the crowding cafe before looking back at his client, scratching the back of his head. "Well, I uh, I've been keeping my eyes on him for a the last few days and his routine is home to work, and work to home.." he said,

"It's... normal?"

"Ah, yes. It is. But the time in between-- during his lunch break, he usually came out with his colleague but he often return alone. I suspected that he use this in between time to meet the other lady,"

"Maybe he's just going to buy something else?" the woman said.

Alex smile briefly, "Well, if once or twice, I would agree with you Ms Blanche,"

Ms Blanche took a shaky breath and pressed her palm to her chest. "No... That's-- that's impossible." she whispered, now looking squarely at the teenager in front of her.

Alex sighs, "Ms. Blanche. My words might be hard to believe in, so because of that, I took few pictures as evidence."

Ms Blanche dragged her sight to the files on the table. She was hesitate to look at it but Alex is running out of time, so he leans forward and flip the file open. Pictures of Ms Blanche former fiance; kissing, laughing and intimately hugging a woman that is 20 years younger than him.

Alex pressed his lips together, "I'm sorr--" he caught a friend of his waving at him through the corner of his eyes. Clearing his throat, "I uh, don't wanna sound rude but I'm in a hurry, if it's okay, can I have my paycheck now, Ms?"

Still sobbing, Ms Blanche carefully took an envelope out from her bag and gave it to him. But when Alex reached for the envelope, Ms Blanche quickly caught his hand, and slightly pull him towards her,

Alex brows shoot up, silently questioning her motives.

"I'm sorry, I-I..." she loosen her gripped, but still holding it, "This is sudden but-- I'm just wondering if we could, you know going somewhere else?" Ms Blanche suddenly rubbed her thumbs over the back of his hand, staring intently at him. "Like, you know,  spending more time together?"

Whoa. Hold on, "I- I'm sorry, what?"

"You know," she sniffle, "After all this happens-- I don't think it's going to be the same with my fiance anymore so--- I'm just--- I don't feel like being alone and I do wish to thank you,"

UM. Big fats UM. "Oh... Okay, uuhhhhh.. I'd appreciate the thought but, I uhh am not really into after-case hangout thingy," Alex awkwardly pulled his arms off her grip.

"Just one coffee... Please?"

Alex scrunched his face and send her an awkward grin, "I'm--- sorry. Bye!" and with that, he practically ran out of the café.

"Is it just me or did she just--"

"Shut up, Mikey." Alex grabbed his friend by the arm and dragged him away from the cafe. Michael laughed. "Dude, she's definitely into you," he said, still glancing back at the cafe.
