Later that day. I arrived at Regina's house. Well mansion. I had a bottle of wine in my hands and Freddie was holding the flowers.

"Be good in Regina's house" I say while walking down the pathway.

"I will. Her wife's out of town. You going to remind her how much she missed you" Freddie says smirking up at me.

I just looked down at him causing him to smirk At me. I slapped the back of his head and rolled my eyes.

"Don't be a little shit" I say with a slight chuckle.

We got to the porch. I knocked the door and waited. Freddie looked up at me and smiled softly. I smiled back at him.

"I'm glad we're home" he says now looking back at the door.

"Me too" Regina says opening the door. She chuckled along with me and Freddie. "You were gone too long for my liking. Now get the hell in my house. It's fucking freezing" Regina says as she pulled Freddie into the house.

I followed behind still laughing. Regina smiled and hugged me quickly after hugging Freddie.

"Thank you for inviting us" I say as we pulled away.

"Ow no problem honestly. Also if you want to win Aubrey over show her some magic and she'll love you" Regina replied stepping out the way.

"Thanks. Here. This is for you" I say holding the wine to her.

"Ow and so are these" Freddie adds while holding the flowers to Regina.

"Awe thank you so much. There beautiful" she says sniffing the flowers with a smile.

"Mummy" Aubrey says running down the stairs.

"Hey Aubrey. Say hi to Emma and Freddie" Regina says bending down to hold her daughter next to her.

"Hi" she says as she looked shy at us.

"Hey sweetie" I say bending down to see her. She just tried getting closer to Regina since she's so shy. I took a coin from my pocket and held it in front of her. "You see it" I asked to get her attention.

"Yeah" she softly replied looking at me but still close to Regina.

I covered it with my other hand. I then showed my hand to show it's gone. She looked shocked at me and smiled slightly. I put my hand that still had the coin and reached behind her ear.

"I found it" I say showing her the coin as if I pulled it from her ear.

"Whoa! That's so cool" Aubrey says smiling brightly.

"Look who's finally out of her shell" Regina says as she stood up.

"Mummy when's dinner" Aubrey asked looking up at her mum.

"Now. Go wash your hands. You two as well" Regina says as she looked up at me and Freddie.

"My hands are clean" I say holding them up.

Freddie and Aubrey both walked towards the kitchen. Regina looked over at me and smirked.

"Are you sure there clean" she asked walking towards me.

"Positive" I replied with a slight chuckle.

Regina winked at me with her smirk. She looked towards the kitchen before quickly walking towards me. She hugged me tight and held me close.

"You haven't changed a bit" Regina whispered softly. She pulled away and kissed my cheek softly. She lingered a little. As we pulled away she was close to my face. "We need to talk later by the way. When no one is around" she says still close to me.

"Sure. After dinner" I replied a little shocked.

Regina pulled away and walked towards the kitchen. I was shocked by that. I felt my cheek where she kissed. God I really did miss her.

"Emma get your ass in here" Regina shouts from the kitchen.

I may not have changed but she has. She's different. She's more of a happy person. When I saw her last she was this shy woman who feared lots. Now she's this confident mum who's just amazing. She's back to the girl I knew when we first met. I walked into the kitchen to see them sitting at the table. I sat down next to Freddie and Aubrey.

"Regina this smells amazing" Freddie says smiling and smelling the room.

"Doesn't it? What are we having" I asked as I sniffed the room.

"What I'm best at making. Lasagna. I remembered it was you twos favourite" Regina replied as she placed our plates down on the table.

"Mmmm that's still my fav" Freddie says as he started eating straight away.

"Thanks mummy" Aubrey says as she started.

"Your welcome sweetie" Regina replied smiling at her.

We all started eating. It was absolutely amazing. We made small talk through out. Once finished I offered to wash up. Freddie went upstairs with Aubrey. They already get along and she wants him to play with her dolls in her room. Regina was sat at the island with her glass of wine.

"That lasagna was so good" I say looking over my shoulder.

"Awe thank you. You didn't have to wash up" she says before sipping her wine.

I dried my hands since I was finished now. I turned around to see Regina just looking at me with a smile.

"What" I asked now walking towards her.

"Nothing. Just glad to see you" she replied still smiling across at me. I sat down in the stool in front of her. I picked up the glass of wine that was mine and took a sip. "So you going to finally tell me why you didn't get married"

"I didn't want to. I kept looking at the door waiting for someone to stop the wedding and when it got to me saying I do I couldn't" I replied looking down at my wine while thinking.

"So why didn't you at least come see me and say goodbye" Regina asked looking curiously at me.

"I was going to but I saw you with a girl and Aubrey. I was gonna come in anyway but when you kissed her I thought it was a date and didn't want to interfere" I replied awkwardly looking up.

"Ow Emma" Regina says placing her hand on top of mine. She rubbed her thumb across it and by the look on her face subconsciously. "You should have came in. It wasn't a date. I was crying and she came to see if I was ok and then she kissed me" Regina replied with a slight laugh.

"Why were you crying" I asked having no idea of that part.

"Ow Umm... ugh fine I'll tell you. I was crying because the woman I was in love with was getting married and it wasn't to me" she admits glancing up and down between me and her glass.

"In love? Regina you were in love with me? I didn't know it was that much" I say looking shocked at her.

"Yeah. Emma you were the first person I'd ever said I loved. I was scared of commitment before but you opened me up when I met you. I fell in love with you" Regina says softly looking into my eyes.

"I didn't know that. I knew you had feelings for me before but I never knew you were in love with me" I say still a little shocked at that.

"Emma I think I still have feelings for you" Regina admits locking eyes with me.
