You guys like me huh?
Let's get on with the story!
Hazel's Pov:
I was nervous.
I'm a guardian, of a girl that is being targeted by her murderous sister's bloodline, she may not survive.
And why did the ninth want to talk with Nico?
I decided I would do something not so good.
I was going to eavesdrop on them.

I was just outside the door.
I needed to get inside somehow, but I didn't know how. Then a thought ocurred to me. I can shadow travel, I'm a daughter of Pluto. The problem was that I've never tried it. I shook that idea off.
The Mist! I thought. I concentrated on making it look like the door was closed and opened it slowly, without a sound. They didn't seem to notice, so I continued until I could squeeze through. I closed it and made the mist cover me, so they couldn't see me. I walked silently to were they were and listened.
"Why are you trusting me to do this?" Nico asked the ninth.
"I trust you."
"I'm a son of Hades, I'm not trustworthy." He replied.
"I'm not talking about your father, I'm talking about you. You are not your father, and I trust you with this."
"Then don't! My sister got killed and I wasn't there to save her! The seven had to save me from some giants and they could have died! Percy could have died!" Nico's voice cracked when he said the last thing, though I didn't know why.
The ninth stared at him.
"Hazel, come out."
I blinked. The ninth knew I was here? I made the Mist barrier dissapear. Nico looked at me and his face hardened.
"What are you doing here Hazel?" He asked angrily. I didn't like this, Nico looked scary, dark.
"I was worried, the ninth had called you to talk and I thought there was something wrong-"
"Save it," Nico snapped. "You just want to know all my secrets, to make people be scared of me. Well, everyone is scared of me anyways." I flinched. "Nico I don't want to do that I just wanted to protect you. " I said. I got closer and he backed away from me.
"Don't get close to me." He snapped. I got closer and touched his arm. I ripped it away and looke at me angrily.
"Leave me alone!" He yelled. He dissapeared into the shadows.
I stood there, shocked.
"He's broken, let him be alone for a while."
"He's always alone," I said, still staring at the place Nico had dissapeared from. "He barely speaks to people, he spends his time on the Underworld. He prefers the dead than the living."
The ninth smiled sadly.
"It happens to you, you feel alone, misunderstood, you prefer to drown in your pain that let people save you. I can relate to that."
I looked at her. "You went through that?" I asked. She nodded. "I felt angry, I wanted to fight but my fragile heart made me unable to do so. I almot killed myself, I just wanted to prove myself, that I could defend myself, that I didn't need babysitters, as I called my guardians." She smiled. Then she looked at a small window on the ceiling.
"I understand you worry, I'm not angry with you, but I would've hoped that it didn't have to be with you hiding. This place is not to hide, it's to show."
I nodded and she dissmised me. I went back to my room and as I walked to it I saw Nico entering his. He saw me and his face darkened. He entered his room and slammed the door. I flinched, hurt by his reaction.
"I'm veneficus." I said and entered my room. It was the room I had in Antartica, even though I didn't have the best of memories there it was a place I knew well.
I fell on to my bed, burying my head on my fluffy gem shaped pillow. I heard knocking and I openened the door to see Frank standing there.
"Um... I just wanted to see you."
I practically crushed his bones by the massive hug I gave him. I kissed him deeply and he kissed back.
"I missed you." I said.
