Helicarrier
Daytime
Loki had been locked up in a special cell inside the helicarrier. Everyone had gathered in the bridge do discuss the situation, Steve, Thor, Natasha, Kaneki, Ms. Hill, and Dr. Banner. However Stark, Agent Coulson, and Director Fury are nowhere to be seen.
"Loki's gonna drag this out" Steve said before turning to Thor "So, Thor, what's his play?"
"He has an army called the Chitauri. They're not of Asgard nor any world known. He means to lead them against your people. They will win him the earth, in return, i suspect, for the Tesseract.
"An army, from outer space" Steve reiterates
"So he's building another portal. That's what he needs Erik Selvig for" Dr. Banner concluded
"Selvig?" Thor asked
"He's an astrophysicist"
"He's a friend" Thor said, he seemed worried
"Loki has him under some kind of spell" Natasha explained before adding "... Along with one of ours"
"Yeah... Clint" Kaneki mumbled
"I want to know why Loki let us take him. He's not leading an army from here" Steve said
"I don't think we should be focusing on Loki" Dr. Banner retorted "That guy's brain is a bag full of cats, you could smell crazy on him"
'Huh.. I know some people who's just like that' Kaneki commented inside her mind.
"Have care of how you speak"
Thor seemed unhappy
"Loki's beyond reason, but he is of asgard. And he's my brother"
"He killed 80 peoples in two days" Natasha informed
"He's adopted"
"That explains a lot...."
For a moment all gaze rested on a mumbling Kaneki before continuing the conversation
"I think it's about the mechanics. Iridium... What do they need for" Dr. Banner were guessing when suddenly a new person joined in the discussion
"It's a stabilizing agent" Stark said as he and Coulson walked in
He were whispering something to Coulson
"Just pick a weekend, and i'll fly you to portland. Keep love alive"
That's all Kaneki could hear before he continued explaining
"It means the portal won't collapse on itself like it did at SHIELD."
"No hard feelings point break. You've got a mean swing" He said as he passes by Thor and patting him in the arm
"Also" he continued "it means the portal can open as wide and as long, as Loki wants"
He were standing where Fury usually stands when commanding the ship
"Raise the mizzenmast, jib the topsails"
His strange and sudden command makes the crew looked at him with confused face
"That man is playing Galaga!" He pointed across the room "he didn't think we wouldn't notice but we did."
Everyone instinctively looked around, including Steve who seemed surprised and intrigued.
Stark looks around, closed one of his eyes with his hand before saying "How does Fury even look at these?"
