I hope you know I hold you tight:
In my arms, my heart, my mind.
I hope you know you're in my sight;
I keep my eyes aligned.
But if you should move,
My eyes would move too,
And hold you tight in the night.
I hope you know you have my heart,
Tied tightly to thy finger;
And yours as well, does surely dwell
In a heart that never lingers.
I hope you know you have my soul--
And all the baggage with it.
And every day you fill the hole,
And all the doubt within it.
—Always! and forever:
(this, is my only hope)
For our love's long endeavor.
To touch the moon;
To shape our tune;
And form a love unsevered.
