Once Lucy dragged me up stairs, she took me into our room with Edmund following behind us. I had no choice but to stay, so I placed my book on my night stand and laid on my bed giving out a sigh of annoyance.
Lucy didnt pay any attention to my bad attitude that was bruing inside me, Edmund plopped down on Lucys bed leaving enough room for her to sit on the edge.
"Dear Lucy, Edmund, and Christina,
I miss you all dearly and I do wish you were here with with us, it's been Quite a adventure but nothing like our times in Narnia." Lucy read making me want to cringe at the thought of the word Narnia and now memories were pouring in my head. None the less Lucy contiued reading, "This brings me to another point, I do hope to hear from Christina soon, at least if I don't hear her I hope she will listen to this letter. Also Peter said he is sending Christina a reply letter soon, he's been ready busy with Mother." Lucy paused for a minute, that gave more time for memories to float inside my head.I don't know if I can ever forgive Susan, she really did screw me over. However, Peter I did miss him. I hope id get that reply letter soon.
"America is very exciting, except we never see father he works very hard. I was invited to the British councils tea party by a navel officer, he happens to be very handsome... I think he fancy's me. It seems the journeys have made the crossing difficult right now, times are hard Mother hopes you won't mind another few months in Cambridge." Lucy finished.
That made me sit up strait while my eyes widdened, Edmund sat up and grabbed the letter from his sister.
"Another few months! How will we survive." Lucy exclaimed getting up and walking over to the computer.
I walked over and sat next to Edmund, I examined the letter.
"Your kidding! This has to be some kind of joke." I say getting up and banging the wall with my fist.
Edmund got up from the bed and came over to me, "What did Eustace say now."
"Nothing that I cant handle." I say clenching my fist into a tight ball.
"Hey, look on the bright side. At least you two got your own room and you Christina have a day job that none of us go too, I have to share one with mullet mouth." Edmund said putting his hand on my shoulder, he gave it a squeeze.
"Well my only bright side is I don't have to see Susan." I mumble.
"She can't come back to Narnia Anyways, technically you have the best chance of getting Caspian now." Lucy snapped at me.
I turned around, my face was red. I was at my last straw, I raised my hand but Edmund caught me.
"Both of you stop it! We're all tired of being separated and of being bullied everyday." Edmund told us stepping between me and Lucy. "Lucy, what Susan did was wrong and Christina has the right to be mad. None the less you will need to forgive her soon."
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to snap." Lucy told me.
I walked over and hugged her, she hugged back tightly. It felt good, felt comforting. We then pulled away making everyone go to there separate corners, Edmund went to Lucy's bed, Lucy walked over to the mirror, and I laid in my own bed. We were quiet for a few minutes just letting the awkwardness set in the air.
"Do you think I'll look anything like Susan?" Lucy asked out of the blue.
She was looking at herself in the mirror while tucking her hair behind her ear, I never understood why she was so insecure about her self...she was beautiful.
