[Jet POV]
With the plan underway, I decided to summarize on everyone's roles. Ruby, Weiss and I will go to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other Dust robberies or inconsistencies while Blake and Sun infiltrate a White Fang faction meeting.
Meanwhile, Yang will head with Neptune to Junior's to get any information she could get. I'd made sure to send payment in advance, in case she busted the doors down again. With that, we headed off.

[3rd POV]
Ruby seems awed by the monumental tower before us. I have to agree. When they built this, I was surprised at how big it was.
Ruby: Woooow! I forget how big the Transmit tower looks up close!
Weiss: You should see the one in Atlas!
Ruby: That was the first one, right?
Jet: Indeed, little Rose. (as they walk towards it) Atlas created the Cross Continental Transmit System to allow the four kingdoms to communicate with one another. It was their gift to the world after the Great War.
Ruby: Wow, so cool! I've got to get a picture of this!
She took out her Scroll but launched it out of her hands in her excitement as it landed at the feet of a familiar orange brunette.
Penny: Oh? (picks it up and extends towards Ruby) You dropped this.
Ruby: (shocked) Penny?!
Penny: (surprised) Ummm...
Ruby: Where have you been? We haven't seen you since the night at the docks!
Penny: S-Sorry. I think you're confused. (Suddenly hiccups) Uh... I've got to go now!
Penny then throws Ruby's Scroll back to her as she turns arond and walks away quickly. Ruby was confused of why Penny was acting odd and decided to follow her to find out why.
Jet: (sigh) Go on ahead, Weiss. I'll make sure nothing bad happens to Ruby.
Weiss: Fine. But you better come back!
Jet nodded and went off, chasing after the two. Trying to find them, he suddenly heard a loud crash just ahead of him. Getting there, he saw Penny stopping a truck with her bare hands, Ruby on the ground behind her.
Penny quickly grabbed Ruby's hand and ran off with her into another alley. Jet cursed a little at his luck and quickly went after them. When the two had finally stopped, Jet was able to reach them before the others got to them first.
Jet: Penny! Ruby! Wait!
Ruby & Penny: (turn around) Jet!
Jet: Thank goodness! It's like trying to keep up with Shift Formula!
Penny: Jet! What are you doing here?
Jet: That doesn't matter, Penny. What matters is you tell the truth to Ruby!
Ruby: The truth? Penny, what is he talking about?
Penny: I-I'm... Ruby? You're my friend, right?
Ruby: Yes!
Penny: Then please. Don't tell anyone else about this.
Ruby: I won't! I promise.
