Ren sits in her desk going over the each of her class 1 A/B hero license requests. Most of them would not cut it in the licenses they chose. Ren barley knew them and she knew this for sure. It didn't help that a lot of the reasonings behind their choices were pissing her off, mostly class B but class A had quite a few as well.

"Who's first?" Shouta asks his baby sister as he stands in the doorway of her classroom.

"That's a really good question... hmm, let's start with... one of your kids, Aoyama Yuuga. When he gets back to the classroom he'll tell you who's next. I'll do all of your class first and then I'll move on to class B. Oh! Do me a favor a drop these permission slips off to Sting, Rogue, Kaneki, Kiri and Hitoshi for me. They will be joining class A and B on our trip this weekend."

"These aren't hero course students." Shouta frowns as he looks at the names printed into of the papers.

"No, but they want to be. So they are taking a Hero Laws class along with my own personal Hero Training classes. They've all started their diets and work out regiments so I know they're serious."

"You're going to help them then?" He asks her surprised.

"Yes. If all goes as planned they might even become hero's without joining the hero course. They'll be learning everything your kids are learning with me." She goes back to looking over papers.

"What did Nezu say about that?"

"I didn't tell him yet. He told me to teach whatever i thought was best. So I added a class or two to my normal ones. It's his own fault." She smirks as she marks something in Aoyamas folder.

Aoyama sits across from Ren a sparkling smile on his face. He's adorable in his own way, but also kind of annoying. Ren still likes him. He's one of the kids that doesn't interrupt her or get mean.

"You want a Pro license but you didn't specify what area you want to work in. You also didn't give any valid reason to why you chose this type of license. Yuuga, can I call you Yuuga?"

"Why of course madam." He smiles happily at her.

"I'm about to be brutally honest with you. I'm probably going to hurt your feelings and for that I am sorry. But, it is my job to protect you." Ren frowns, "I don't think you have the mindset to make it as a hero. Not yet at least. There is going to be a situation where you freeze up and it's going to get someone killed. Life isn't about being the most sparkling hero. It isn't about getting noticed."

The boy looks down sadly. "Please!" He looks up, his eyes filled with tears.

"You want to continue trying?" She asks his softly. The boy nods eagerly. "Then you have until tomorrow to redo this." She slides a new sheet across the table to him. "I want a detailed description of why you want to be a Pro. Now, Ashido next, make sure she knows."

"Hello Ashido." Ren smiles at the girl.

"You're not going to upset me like you did with Aoyama are you?" The pink girl asks softly.

"I don't think I'll have to. You want a duel license, Pro and UN. It's admirable. But you'll have to put a lot more work into your studies. A UN license requires the knowledge of at least ten different languages, you have to be fluent in them by time you graduate."

"I-i think I can do that." The girl frowns lightly.

"There are over seven thousand different languages spoken in todays world. I know a man that is fluent in fifty seven languages. Here," she slides a card over to the girl. "Tell him I gave you his number and he'll help you."

"Thank you!" Mina beams happily.

"You impressed me with your sheet. Now Tsu is next on my list, send her would you?"
