Katsuki frowned and knelt before Toshinori. He had just been sitting there for a good three minuets silently crying. It was like he wasn't there, like he couldn't hear them or see them. He was completely out of it.

"Dad?" His voice is quiet, but still rough. He sets his hand on his fathers arm. Toshinori blinks several times as he comes back to himself. If the situation was different he probably would have freaked out. Katsuki called him dad.

Toshinori wipes his eyes and takes a deep breath. He has to be strong for his boys, for his wife and daughter. "We need to go. Grab your things." He tells them as he takes another deep breath.

"What's going on?" Rogue asks as he moves closer to his father slowly. He's never seen his father cry. He doesn't like it, not at all. It makes his heart clench and fill with fear.

Sting stays at his best friends back watching everything carefully. He's gouging reactions and waiting for the ball to drop. He has to be ready to do whatever they need. This is his family, He can be strong for them. He has to be strong for them, because they've done so much for him already.

Hisoka moves to his fathers side, his own eyes filled with tears. Something must really be wrong if his father is crying. He grips the mans pant leg painfully tight.

"Your mother is in the hospital. We need to go, she needs us." Toshinori lifts Hisoka into his arms and holds the boy close.

"Are they okay? What happened?" Rogues own chest tightens painfully. Did his brother do this? He knows Gajeel use to be a criminal. He did a lot of bad things and never got caught. Could he have hurt Ren so that he got full custody of Rogue?

"I don't know. She's in surgery now and I know they have to preform an emergency C-section. That's all I know. I am going to get Aizawa, meet me at the car." He leaves them to grab their things.

Toshinori leads his family into the waiting room, where they were instructed to wait for the doctor. The nurse said she would try and find out as much as she could and bring the news to them. Toshinori wasn't sure how long he could wait for.

The tall blonde sat down and set his youngest on his knee, the one that wasn't bouncing impatiently. Anxiety filled his every bone with each second that ticked by. He wasn't sure if he could do any of this without his wife. Ren was the one who could cook. She was the one who kept their schedules organized. She was the only one who could sooth Hisoka after a nightmare. She was the family's glue.

Aizawa paced the length of the waiting room silently. He couldn't loose his sister, not again. They were finally a family. He was in her life and they were bonding again. She had asked him to be Korans godfather, one of them anyway. She wanted him there and now he could be loosing her, his baby sister.

"Rogue!" A tall black haired male, covered in piercings, called as he walked into the waiting room. The news of Rens, Recluses, fight was all over. The Lawyers seemed to go into a panic as they saw their client on the news. He knew he would find his little brother here.

Rogue tensed as his eyes landed on his brother. Like the rest of the family he still had no idea what had happened. They were all too worried to check the news. His jaw clenched as well as his fists. The shadows in the room seemed to bend towards the boy ready to be commanded.
