Beyoncé's POV

"Go blue! Go blue! Go blue!" Damien said on the plane.

"Damien, please." I said as I rubbed my temples.

"You not excited? We going to a Michigan game tonight, party tomorrow, your album release party next week." He said.

He was too happy to me but it's his birthday weekend and Shawn and I surprised him with going to Michigan for a game.

"Thanks so much mommy." He said.

"No problem." I said.

I looked on the couches on the plane and Chanel and Ciera were asleep. Blue was with Shawn on the other side of the plane and Damien was in my face bugging me.

Well as you know my album released and the next morning after the girls night and it was completely crazy. My fans showed up and showed out. I know this album is a little more explicit then my other albums but it's also personal as well. Rachel and Chanel flipped when they woke up and saw their instagrams. I'm just glad it's being well received. There's some backlash but more people like it then don't so yeah. The kids were very mature in ignoring the negative backlash. That also includes Ciera. Those little elementary kids are something else. I'm pretty sure they let Ciera hear the explicit version because I did not. All in all the kids did well.

This game starts in two hours and then back to New York for Damien's party tomorrow night. I set up, well hired a party planner, to set up Damien's 90's theme party. Apparently it's the talk of New York and I'm like why? But when I step back and look at my son, he is one of the best players in the state of New York and I guess kind of popular.

"Mommy, I gotta tell you something." He said.

I looked at him.

"Remember last week when you took Chanel and Ciera to grandmas and stayed overnight?"

I nodded.

"Well I was supposed to go to DJ's but I ran into Tammy. I bought her some food and told her to stay away from me and to get help." He said.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

"Well because I feel and I told grandma that I put you through-"

"What have you put me through?" I asked.

"I'm just saying you know how she used to make me feel and I was very disrespectful towards you and dad and I just felt like-"

"Damien, I don't know how many times I have to tell you but you are my son and I love you. Do you know what love means?" I asked.

"Yeah." He said.

"Okay, let me put it like this. A mothers love is unconditional. I love you no matter what. I know you care for your biological mother and I have no problem with that. Tammy gave you life and I love her for that. Without her there would be no you. Nothing you have felt or done put me through anything you hear me?" I said.

"Yes." He said. "Grandma told me the same thing."

"I wish you would have told me last week." I said.

"I'm telling you now. The album stuff was in the way." He said.

"My album has nothing to do with you. I'm your mother first. If you need to talk to me tell me."

He nodded his head.

Shawn came walking over.

"I'm about to wake up the girls. We about to land." He said.

We nodded as he processed to wake up the girls.

Damien's POV

Yo, this is where I'll be playing in the fall? This is way bigger than my high school gym. We did visit this school last summer but I forgot how big this gym, oh no, this is like an arena. Plus mom was more focused on classes and stuff when we came. We walked in and already had seats on the floor. It's crazy that this will be my home. As we walked in it was my dad, my mom, Ciera, Chanel, I was holding Blue and Julius was behind me. We finally sat down. Blue sat in lap as I unzipped her jacket and took off her hat.
