Chanel's POV

I walked in my mom's room and she was laying down. I couldn't tell if she was sleep or not but I was about to find out. I got on the other side of her in the bed.

"Ma." I said.

She didn't answer so I kept repeating it.

"Mommy, wake up." I said.

"What!" She yelled which startled me but I also laughed.

"Mommy." I said.

"What Chanel?" She said.

"I lub you mommy." I said.

"Oh my god." She said and turned over. "Get out."

"But mommy I love you." I said hugging her. "Love me back."

She finally turned over and hugged me back. She finally opened her eyes. I got my phone out and I took a pic of her.

"Mommy." I said.

"Yes." She said.

"You lub me?" I asked.

"Yes I lub you." She said kissing my cheek.

I laughed.

"So what you wake me up out my nap for?" She asked.

I shrugged.

"I just wanted to be with you and no one else." I said.

"Not even Mr. Christian Combs?" She said. "Look at you."

I laughed.

Sometimes I just want it to be me and my mom. My dad can go along with everyone else. I love them don't get me wrong but sometimes I just wanna be eight years old again and be up under her like when she would come visit me.

"You sure you want this piercing?" She asked.

"Yes." I said. "You got yours in?"

She nodded. I looked at hers and I know she actually had a diamond belly ring. I doubt she'd buy me one at least right now. I can't wait to get mine.

I turned on some music from my phone and put it on shuffle. We sung everything from B.I.G to Pink and just laid in bed talking and listening to music.

Rachel's POV

Okay, their late not me. It's too many people at this train station and I got this huge bag. Anyway I went to stand in the line for a donut, I'm hungry as hell. Midway through the line Chanel wants to call me.

"Yeah." I answered.

"Come outside." She said.

"I'm in line for a donut." I said.

"Forget the donut. Come outside." She said.

"But I really want this donut." I said.

"I will buy you a damn donut come on." She said.

I sighed deeply. I really wanted a Dunkin Donuts donut. You know the chocolate gla-

"Don't be sighing on the phone with me." She said.

"Just for that I'm staying in line." I said.

"Stop playing Rachel. We on a schedule." She said.

I groaned and hung up. I got out of line and went on the escalator to go outside. I'm too hungry for this. I spotted the van and the driver put my stuff in the trunk. I thanked him and got in and didn't speak one word.

"I know you not giving me the silent treatment because I didn't let you get the donut." Chanel said.

I just looked out the window then I looked back.
