"I do love you!" They shouted causing the paler male to stop in his tracks, "I love you, and I made a mistake! I'm human, I make mistakes!"

"I make mistakes too - the raven-haired male turned to face the other, tears streaming down his face - confiding in you, falling in love with you - he closed his eyes and took a shuddering breath, before looking the other straight in their eyes and smiling - thinking that for once someone could finally love me. Thinking that you'd stay faithful when I'd been proven time and time again that I was being unreasonable. They were all mistakes. Mistakes I don't plan on making again."

"Wait! Keith, please! I love you! Please... what I did, didn't mean anything, I love you!" They yelled, tears brimming the corner of their eyes.

"I gave you everything, I trusted you, I let you in, and now I'm left with nothing. Nothing but this searing pain. - he chortled, dryly. Bringing a hand to his chest and clutching his shirt- "Why? Why did I ever think that I was worthy of being loved? - He turned away, letting his back face the other instead - I wish you the best" he said, closing his eyes.

"Keith! Wait, please! I'm sorry! - tears slid down they're face as they extended an arm to reach the hurt male - "don't leave me, please. I can't lose you"

"You already have." He croaked, not turning around instead walking away and without so much as a glance to the other. The other shouted his name and apologies through choked sobs.

The violet orbed male didn't turn back, he couldn't face the one he had once called home. He couldn't look at the man he once held dear, the man he had planned to spend the rest of his life with. The man that had ripped his heart open and left it to bleed.

He'd given far too much for someone who never cared for him. Or perhaps once they had, but that was no longer the case.

He was done letting others use him.
