Ch.25

SALS POV
"Umm sir I don't think that we will be getting married any time soon." I say to Adam "now why would you ask a rash question like that." River says looking at Adam "What? I was curious and wanted to know." He says putting his hands up in defense.
As we continue to eat I see willow sneaking carrots and other things for the bunny. I laugh to myself and lift up my prosthetic a bit to allow myself to eat, pulling it back down to chew my food.
I see my dad and Lisa talking, I try to listen in and see why it looks like they're arguing. I call Larry over to talk with him in the kitchen. "Why do our parents look like they're fighting." "Umm...I can't tell you that but what i can say is Me and ash need a place to stay moms moving out of her apartment."
I'll ask Travis if you can have my old room; he probably won't care as long as you help with food and help around the house." "Cool thanks little dude." "No problem." We go back into the dining room and almost everyone is done.
I clap my hands together softly "who's ready for dessert." "There's more food" I hear who I presumed to be chug says. I laugh and put my hand on Travis shoulder and nudge my head to the kitchen.
"I don't need any Dessert your all the sweetness I need." "Oh my, Travis that was cheesy" I say to his little pick up line
As we get the dessert set out on the table and the old food was put away we sit down and eat dessert.
Once we finish it's around 9pm we all talk for a bit till everyone decides to go home. We say bye to them and go back inside. Seeing my dad Lisa, Larry and ash. "Hey son come sit down I have news for you." I do as my dad says and sit down.
"Imma go put willow to bed." "Okay I'll be up in a little."
Willow gives me a hug and runs up the stairs, Travis following behind her.
"What did you guys need to talk to me about?" My dad looks at Lisa and then back at me. "Me and Lisa are." "Are what?"I say "me and Lisa are getting.....married." My jaw drops and I look at Larry "why am I the last to know."
"You're not mad?" "No I'm glad for you two I'm glad my pops found someone to be with so he won't go crazy." "Told you." Larry says to Lisa well.
"Phew I thought you were gonna get mad." "Only thing I'm mad about is not being the first to know." I say I hear the stairs creak. I look over to see willow and Travis. "She says she won't go to bed till the bunny gets water." I sigh and get up going into the kitchen grabbing one of those syringe things filling it with cold water Travis sets willow on the table. I go up to her and hand her the syringe. "Slowly push the thing down so she can drink it." She puts it up to the bunny's lips and she does as I told her I watch her to make sure that she's doing okay. I get Travis's attention and whisper in his ear. "Larry and Ash need a place to stay. I'll tell you the reason why later but I said that they can have my old room." "Yeah that's fine just gotta help around the house and help pay for food."
(In the last chapter I put pay for rent or help pay bills but there rent free I forgot that. follow your own story dammit! )
I look over to Larry "told you he'd be okay with it." I look back at Willow and see that the bunny is almost done as soon as he finishes I tell her it's time to get to bed.
(Sorry peeps gonna cut this short im sick and cant see half of the stuff I'm writing so I hope this came out good but I'm thinking of writing another story should I do an mpreg or arranged marriage I have a couple ideas for both so let me know it will be a Sal x Travis so yeah. Like always have a good day lads and ladies and the nonbinary yetis)
