Chorong
I looked around to see Chanyeol and Dad in the kitchen, already eating. I wonder what Mark meant about it."Oh, where is mom?" I asked Chanyeol who is cooking the meat.
"You went inside, finally." Chanyeol replied.
Dad saw me as well and then sighed. He stood up from his chair and walked towards their bedroom with Mom. I sat with Chanyeol and asked,"Is there something wrong?"
"Mom wanted to rest."He told me, which I immediately knew what caused her to act like this. I wanted to go after Dad but,"Don't bother them, yet. Here you should eat."
I stood up from my chair,"How can I just leave my Mom in her state right now?" I asked, refraining from raising my voice.
"Do you want to barge in there?" He asked.
I get why he doesn't want me to enter. It's true, I don't want to disturb my parents in their conversation."It's my fault." I said, grabbing my chopsticks.
"No one said that."
"But, it's true."
"Chorong, Mom doesn't blame you about it and so do we. You should fill your tummy with this meat, okay? We are worried about you, too." Chanyeol asked while giving me meat on my plate.

I lied down on my bed and stared at the ceiling then glanced at my cast,"I can get this off, tomorrow. I am glad." I mumbled to myself."My movements is pretty limited because of this."
My mind was full of problems if we talked about it in general. My family, that man who tried to kill me, and Mark."And, I told myself that I'll start a new life." I sighed."Didn't know my new life could be this dark?"
I sat up and left the room to try talking to my mother. My eyes saw mom sitting on the living room."Mom." I called out.
She glanced at me and then smiled. Mom opened her arms, welcoming me in a warm embrace."Oh my god, I am so sorry I wasn't there for you." Mom whispered.
"I heard, you collapsed." I said, worried."I actually visited you every night, I was worried about my mother."
Mom giggled."You know that I am strong." She said with pride. I smiled at her then tightened our hug. My mother's scent always makes me calm. She was always there for me and I am thankful for that."Chanyeol and your Dad are at work, right now. What do you want to do?"
I looked at her,"Do you want me to make your favorite coffee?" I asked, smiling.
"You can't make espresso." Mom replied.
"That's why we are going to the cafe." I said which made Mom laugh."But, I need a shower, first."
I had a very nice hot shower for the first time. After changing my clothes, I went outside to see Mom already in the living room, watching tv. I walked towards her,"Let's go." I said, giggling.
I held my mom's hand as we went outside. She was surprisingly happy, I was expecting her to be a bit sad. Mom suddenly stopped,"I forgot my wallet."
"I'll pay anyway. You don't need it." I said.
Mom shook her head,"Wait for me outside, okay?" She insisted then run back inside.
"I'll be here when you come back, Mom!" I shouted then stayed at the side of the street while waiting for her. We will drink coffee and then I'll buy her some clothes. It would be fun.
I heard a car stopped by, I looked up to see a black van. I ignored it and went to see Mom inside."Mom!" I shouted, as I opened the door.
I checked every room in the house but she wasn't here. I went outside to see that white van still there, I dialed mom's number."What's happening?" I muttered.
I saw a guy came out from the white van, it must be the driver."Excuse me, Mister! I need your help!" I shouted."You see, I was waiting for my mother but I can't seem to find her inside the house. I feel like she has been -" I felt a hard object hit me at the back of my head, last thing I saw was darkness.
