Acyan touched down on a landing balcony. I climbed down and he lead me through the dark oak hallways. We walked until we came to a set of large double doors. They swung open to a large throne room that looked fairly familiar.
The throne had no seat. It's arms were as tall as my shoulders. Standing in the throne was Queen Macoma, Queen Aquana beside her. King Lucan was nowhere to be seen, nor the mysterious pegasus in the tree that goes unnamed. I had the slightest feeling that something was off. It felt as if the palace shifted to one side, like it was alerted by something. I shrugged the feeling away and turned to the pegasi.
"Hello Changeling!" She said happily, "Welcome to my home!"
"T-thanks you, miss. Uhm.. if you don't mind me asking, what do you mean by uh.. changeling?" I asked, struggling to find the words.
"Oh! What's your name child?"
"Kyanna Apo- er... Kyanna."
"Hm? Well Kyanna, we call you Changeling because of your very rare powers!"
"P-powers? I think you have the wrong elf.."
"No, you are the right elf. You're talking to us, yes? You're a fire elf? No, you're an elemental elf!"
"A what now?"
"You can control all elements! Right now you're a fire element. We can tell because of you're personality, you're adventurous and bold. You must unlock the elements though. So far you only have earth, fire, and a little bit of water unlocked."
The palace shifted. She hesitated. Loud bangs echoed through the halls.
"We must leave. Quickly Acyan, lead the Changeling to safty."
Acyan slipped his wing under me and threw me onto his back. He raced for the tall doors. The banging sounds sounded like they were down the hallway. I could hear yelling. Acyan skidded to a stop as the banging moved to the door. Queen Macoma trotted to a window. The branches moved away and formed a small landing pad.
"Come!" She called, jumping into the sky.
Acyan ran for the opening.
CRASH
The doors flew open.
