Later that day, I sat next to the throne. My father, Vancin, kept trying to cheer me up but, I just shrugged him off and continued staring at the spot where we had landed not even a day earlier. There was a small ever so slight dent in the floor where Zula's armor had landed.

A minute later, Hashie entered the room, quickly whispering something to Vancin. They glanced at me then the two left in a hurry. I went to my room, to emotionally numb to be suspicious. The lights flashed red, yellow, and dark grey. Anger, pain, and sadness. I flopped face first on to my bed. My leg throbed.

"Owww...." I groaned.

Eventually, I fell into a dreamless sleep. I felt as if I was floating. After a while, I felt something grip my shoulder. It started shaking me and in the distance and voice spoke to me.

"Wake up. Don't sleep through dinner." I said.

My eyes fluttered open. Hashie was leaning over me, he shook me gently.

"C'mon princess, wake up." He said in a whiny voice.

"What, Hashie?" I asked wiping the sleep from my eyes.

"Dinner."

"I'm not hungry." I said. My stomach growled.

"Really?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, "Too bad."

He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.

"Hashie! Put me down!" I demanded.

" No can do, princess. I have orders." He chuckled.

"From who? Put me down!" I yelled.

Hashie went quite. As we walked past guards they snickered.

"From your King Father." He said.

"What?!" I asked, confused.

"King, you nut!" He answered.

He pushed open the large dining room. I could hear the stifled laughs from the lords and ladies at the table. I pounded my fists info Hashie's back. The dining room was made from a maple tree.

The floor shined, freshly polished redwood tree bark, smoothed out for comfortable walking. The humans were letting the Redwood trees go 'extinct' in their world. The elves refused to let a plant die so, like we did for all plants, a group of elves would go to the human world, when a plant is about to die, and bring it back to Elfia, healing it to allow it grow properly.

"Sorry sir, I couldn't find Kyanna," Hashie said with his most serious face, "but I did find this sack of potatoes."

He flopped me down in the chair next to Vancin.

"I'm not a sack of potatoes! I don't like potatoes..." I concluded, though I loved potatoes.

My father and Hashie eyed me suspiciously, along with everyone else, knowing potatoes were one of my favorite vegetables.

"I like potatoes." Said a voice from the door.
