Morgan sees Maya standing at the end of an aisle that is made up of most of the things she likes, like softballs, mitts, the number 1, print outs of P!nk's and Adele's albums and some other things. The center of the aisle is covered in pink and white rose petals.
Morgan is stunned and isn't sure what to do until the song from earlier, 'Make You Feel My Love' starts playing again, this time a little louder, and Maya motions for her to walk to her.
Once she's within hearing distance, Morgan asks,
"Maya? What are you doing? What is all this?"
To answer Maya just points to the sign she's holding onto, made out of cotton balls,
"You know I seriously hate cotton balls. And glitter. And saw dust. And macaroni. And definitely the word lose." Morgan comments, which Maya just rolls her eyes to.
So Morgan reads out the sign,
"'If music be the food of love, play on; Give me excess of it.'"
Once she's done, Maya removes it and reveals another sign she's holding.
Which reads,
'Morgan, now that I know your loves and hates, will you FINALLY be my girlfriend?'
Morgan reads the sign and looks back up at Maya.
"Are you sure?" Morgan asks worriedly
"Never been more sure of anything." Maya replies as she places both signs on the ground and takes a step towards Morgan.
"But-but..."
"JUST SAY YES ALREADY DUMMY!" Someone shouts from the side.
Morgan turns to the voice, realising it was her twin and that's when she notices everyone else and starts to tear up.
"So?" Maya asks nervously.
Instead of answering, Morgan just nods her head enthusiastically while taking the final steps towards Maya and hugs her tightly. After she calms down a little she whispers to her,
"Yes, I'll finally be your girlfriend."
Maya pulls away and pecks her cheek, revealing her own tear stained cheeks.
They finally pull apart and wipe at their eyes.
"Why does this feel like a marriage proposal?" Morgan asks as she wipes at her tears and chuckling.
"I guess it kinda does, but maybe in a few years. And that's on you."
They both chuckle at that.
Their friends and Zach's mom's start to pool around them and congratulate them for finally getting together after all this time.
When Morgan finally hugs her twin she asks,
"Did you know about this??"
"No! I found out this was going down like 10 minutes ago. I guess it was for the best. You know I would've spilled it to you somehow."
"That's true."
Shay goes to hug Maya.
"Maya! This was amazing! I wish someone would do something like this for me one day." Shay says a little sad.
"Don't worry! I'm pretty sure there's someone out there planning one for you." Maya says positively.
"Um, I've got to go. I'll see you guys later." Sam suddenly says and takes off out of the cafeteria.
"What's up with him?" Shay asks and everyone shrugs, although they all have a feeling she'll find out soon enough.
Once everyone gets in their congratulations, Morgan asks Maya,
"So when's our first date?"
"Actually, right now. Follow me." Maya answers as she takes Morgan's hand in hers.
"Bye everyone! Thanks again!"
"Bye!"
"See y'all later!"
