Kayla's POV
She walks away from her door with the small grin still on her face from what Zach said.
No ones ever quite said what he said to her. They're always like "sorry but you were asking for it" or "forget him, there are other guys out there for you". No one really understood the pain she was in. She was in love with Rick and he ripped her heart out and stomped on it.
She flopped onto her bed and stared at her ceiling, thinking. Her thoughts drifted to Rick and she hated herself for it.
Screw you Rick. Why did I even fall in love with you. Why did you have to hurt me like that. Why did you have to sleep with my best friend. Screw you. Screw the both of you.
They already did.
Stop it. Stop.
But they did. They screwed each other and screwed you over.
"UHHHHH! SHUT UP!"
She was now tearing up at the thought of it and she needed to stop. She sat up once she heard a door close. She looked over at the bedside clock and saw that she still had time before the activities meeting, but wondered where Zach was going.
She decided to take a shower to try and rid herself of all her disturbing thoughts. While getting her things, she started thinking about Zach and what he might be doing before going into the bathroom.
