Thomas' P.O.V
It's been ten years and so much had happened, James' mother had died of natural causes. Which made him feel bad. We even got into a fight about it despite the fact that we ran away together 4 years ago at the time and they still hadn't found us.
*Flash back*
"IF I HADN'T RUN AWAY WITH YOU MY MOTHER WOULD'VE STILL BEEN ALIVE!" He yelled
"...." I kept silent.
"And now she's gone! And it's all our fault."
"THEN WHY DID YOU COME WITH ME!?"
"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU! BUT I CHOSE YOU OVER MY MOTHER."
"You chose to have a life with me!"
"Now I have no one!"
"You have me."
Then James started crying, "It's not fair."
"James I'm sorry about your lost I really am but just wanted to have a life with you. I wanted you to be happy. Were you happy back home?"
He shook his head.
"Now if your Mother really loved you like you love her then she would've wanted us to be together."
"No, she didn't want us together she wanted us to go our separate way because you were rich and you couldn't handle yourself."
"But if she got the chance to see how I am now and how you are then she'd be happy for us."
"We use to be kids, kids in adult bodies."
"Now you're older and we know what to do and we know how to take care of each other and our family."
"You were right Thomas."
"About what?"
"She would've been happy."
