I took him to the infirmary and even scolding and teasing him along the way,

"How could you?" I glared at him "What?" He said bluntly as if nothings wrong, "Seriously you hit a girl and then you're giving me a 'what'? you should know better!" I snapped at him, a vein popped out on his head "She picked a fight to me!" He snapped back "Great,are you only taking me to the infirmary to complain?" He asked averting his eyes from me

"You should be grateful" I replied,he didn't look back nor he said anything, It was silent after that conversation until we reached the infirmary.

"He'll be alright, he should take a long rest to be able to recover quickly, I suggest he should stay here" The nurse explained, I bowed thank youing her. I approached Umeji whos sitting on the white bed. He saw me approaching him and immidietly stood up. "Hey, You heard her, You should stay here and rest"
I told him and left to go to my class

After class, I walked back to the infirmary only to see empty beds and the nurse. "Oh dear, Glad you came, please take this to Kizuguchi, he might need it" She handed me some bandages. "Where did he go?" I asked puzzled, "He ran away as soon as you left. I didn't get the chance to treat his injuries." She explained
I immediately went back to the back of the school. He isnt there, but his friends is

"Do you guys know where Umeji is?" I asked. They shrugged and doesn't seemed annoyed

I didnt manage to find him around the school until school ended.
I was walking way back home when I saw him walking right across me to the same direction as where I'm headded

I quickly ran passed the street to catch up to him. "Hey, Edgy looking man with a sad past. Why did you skipped school!?" I yelled at him
"I didnt feel being like suffering for seven hours straight so I decided to sit this one out" He explained, glanced at me.

"You could've atleast told me or the nurse" I said, "Yeah, like you'd let me be skip school" He said sarcastically

We stopped by a vending machine and he got some chips and soda.
"Aren't you gonna give me one?" I asked, slightly annoyed.
"Why would I? Get your own money to buy some" He said putting chips into his mouth

I playfully smacked the back of his head. We both went home safely
