3rd person POV

Hoseok sighed as he turned the engine to his car off. Checking his phone the time read '2:45am' in a bold white font. Hoseok cursed softly as he leaned back into the seat of his car.
'Shit..' he thought to himself as he got out of the car walking up the rusty stairs of the beat down apartment. Hoseok grabbed his keys unlocking the door. His black bomber jacket making an uncomfortable shifting sound as he walked into the small apartment.
The smell of lemon and frosting filled his nose as the faint sent of green tea lingered in the air. Hoseok took off his shoes quietly as he removed his jacket. The black shirt he had on clinging to him like a second skin as he loose grey sweats moved around his waist.
He walked into the living area and stopped dead in his tracks. There she was. In all her beautiful glory. Y/n curled up in a fetal position . Tear stains graced her cheeks as small snores erupted from her mouth. The gold necklace with hoseoks name, clutched tightly between her small hands holding onto dear life.
Hoseok felt his head break as he started at her. He touched his necklace with her name on as he kissed it softly.
'I missed you too baby..' he thought to himself as he bend down placing a soft kiss on her pouty lips.
Hoseok smiled a bit moving a stray piece of hair out of her face. His eyes lingered down to her
Body as he bit his lip slightly. She wore one of his favorite green shirts, no pair of shorts or pants in sight.
The white lace underwear she wore peeked from under the oversized shirt almost teasing hoseok.
Hoseok rubbed y/n's thick thighs softly as he kissed her forehead walking over to the kitchen. Hoseoks heart dropped to his ass as he looked at the kitchen table. Two bags of Panda Express, soft baked lemon cookies and a pot of green tea. All his favorites.
Hoseok looked at the table as he ran a hand down his face.
"Damn it...she was waiting for me..." he whispered to himself softly as he looked at the now cold food. He leaned against the counter crossing his arms as he sighed.
Keeping a roof over their head was not easy. Hoseok had just recently got laid off. But y/n could not know. She didn't need to extra stress. So hoseok has been picking up small odd jobs, like a bus boy, and even a bus driver. Yeah....a bus driver.
He did it all for her...he was tired of seeing the cheap fake sapphire promise ring on y/n's finger.
He wanted to replace it..with an engagement ring, And a pretty one, but a jobless guy and A bartender didn't bring much money.
Y/n worked hard yeah, but making drinks for around 5 hours a night wasn't top notch.
So hoseok had been out all night working odd jobs. from dog walking down to cleaning. He took his pay out of his pocket as he counted up the money.
'20..40...60..80..100...120...120....that's still not enough' hoseok thought to himself as he sighed opening the fridge putting the money in an empty ice cream container.
"Where were you..." a sleepy voice called out as hoseok froze a bit turning around.
Y/n stood in front of him. Not fully awake as she rubbed her eyes yawning a bit. Her hair a wild mess as she stood looking like a dazed little kid. Hoseok wanted to grab her and cuddle her to death, but due to certain circumstances that was out of the question.
Hoseok cleared his throat as he looked at y/n.
"Baby go back to sleep" hoseok said as he walked towards y/n grabbing her pulling her to his chest.
"Answer me hoseok.." y/n said. She sounded so defeated. It was constant. Him leaving in the middle of the night. Not coming back till the wee hours of the morning smelling like everything but their cozy little apartment.
He'd come home take a shower, go to sleep and repeat. Y/n was sick of it. It had been going on for close to 2 months now.
".....out" hoseok said shortly as y/n shook her head pulling away from hoseok.
"Jay....why...if your cheating or seeing some else just tell me so I can leave" y/n said. Tears strolled down her face as hoseoks heart dropped. He bent down to her level as he grabbed her face. He took a second to look at her.
Her skin was dewy..she had gotten a recent glow he hadn't noticed before. Her cheeks and lips looked way plumper he wanted to kiss her even more. His eyes trailed down to her body. Her thighs and hips had become bigger, and her breast looked bigger than before.
Hoseok raised an eyebrow as a small smile etched his face.
"Y/n....princess...are....are you pregnant?" He asked happily as y/n looked down pulling away from him.
"....that's not the point...maybe you would know if you were here , but you always decide to leave. It's been like this for almost two months hoseok...two fucking months. One minute your here and the next minute your fucking gone...I don't know what your doing but I can't take it. I love you too much...and honestly maybe I shouldn't....I...I think we should take a break" y/n said as hoseoks stopped in his tracks.
His blood ran cold as he began to shake.
"A-a-a break?" He managed to squeak out as y/n bit her lips hard looking away. Hoseok shook his head furiously as he grabbed her shoulders staring at her.
"No...we are not taking a break....baby we have been together since middle school there is no way we will ever take a break. The day hell runs cold will be the day we ever break up and thats on everything I love....no matter how mad I get at you there is no way...no way.."Hoseok choked out as y/n looked at him taking a deep breath.
"Fine....then tell me where you were" y/n said as hoseok sighed rubbing his temples. He couldn't tell her....he just couldnt.
"I..... I can't tell you..." he said quietly as y/not scoffed.
"But baby belive me it's not what you think" hoseok tried to reason as y/n turned on her heels before sparing him a glance. Her face held a glare as she looked back at hoseok.
'Keys to the apartment will be on the table in the morning...'
