The figure walked closer to me as I reached for my axe. I finally gave up and just sat there, looking at Hiccup who was unconscious on the ground. I sat up and layed his head on my lap, pushing his hair out of his face.
I always fell for that auburn hair. I just never made it obvious. I smiled and then I began to cry, looking back at the figure behind Toothless.
The figure began to walk to me, and I reached for my axe.
"Don't you dare take another step," I threatened. "I'll slice your head off." I finally reached my axe and held it jn my hands.
"Hiccup... is he... is he okay?" The figure asked.
I dropped my axe.
"How do you know Hiccup? Who are you?" I asked as I stood up.
"Astrid, it's me." The figure walked closer to me.
"I know no one by that name. WHO ARE YOU?" I raised my voice.
"It's me, Monica."
