Chapter 10
Aaron's POV
"Hey, you might wanna wake up now and rush downstairs before Dean." Damon said as he took a seat on my bed.
"Leave me alone. I wanna sleep some more."
"Oh you are gonna wanna get up. Like now?"
"Why! What is so important? that you have to wake me up?!"
"Rosie's downstairs"
I opened my eyes indefinitely. I rushed out of bed tripping over the soccer ball that was placed there by none other than Damon himself.
" Why would you put your soccer ball there Damon?!" I yelled in pain.
" To buy Dean some more time to also get ready." He said casually, shrugging his shoulders and smiling mischievously.
"What do you mean?" Almost instantly i heard Dean running out of the game room with Mark fast on his tail. I quickly got up and brushed my teeth quickly and got dressed.
Mark managed to grab Dean and pull him back into the game room. At this point we were both running towards the stairs but then i remembered that i didn't care. ( I mean i do care about Rosie and I like her but i cant let them know that)
Damon and Mark gave me a knowing look and I rolled my eyes and descended down the stairs.
"ROSIE!" I see Dean making his way towards Rosie. She looked really cute today. I stood there admiring the beautiful girl standing in front of me.
That was until I heard a sudden thud. I looked over to see Dean face planted on the floor and Rosie holding a box of doughnuts in the hand and her slightly moved to the side as if she was dodging Dean.
Of course there was a roar of laughters coming from me, Jared, Chris, mark, and Damon. Rosie was about to help dean up but he got up suddenly and started charging towards Damon and mark. now they were practically playing tag around the house and Chris and Jared went back to doing whatever it was they were doing.
"what brings you here?" i asked trying not to sound surprised by her sudden visit.
"I need to talk to you" Uh-oh that cant be good, i Thought To Myself But agreed Anyways.
I lead her towards the patio outside It sounded like it was going to be serious and i didn't need those assholes overhearing our conversation.
We sat there in silence for a minute. From what i can see about Rosie is she was thinking about what to say.
"About what you saw last night, i wanted to know if- if you"
"No" I spoke. not letting her finish her sentence. I knew i couldnt avoid the subject because i too needed answers.
"Excuse me?" She asked confused
"If you are asking if i told anyone especially your dad, the answer is no. I didnt mention anything. Figured it wasnt my place to say anything." I admitted. I almost did tell him but i knew i couldnt do that to Rosie.
I saw her instantly relax from my response. I took a deep breathe and asked her. The question that i had been wanting an answer for since i saw her in that state last night.
Why'd you do it?" i asked.
She grew quiet. A little too quiet. She started to look distant and her eyes betrayed her. Her eyes held so much sadness that i just wanted to hold her in my arms but i knew that would overstep my boundaries and if i wanted to get her to open up to me.
