The Peacekeeper

Chapter 8

Once everyone got settled again from seeing their old Alpha and Luna, we started training.

"Ten laps around the field, then we'll do some stretching" I said. They all started jogging round the field and I kept behind to make sure no one falls behind. Then I saw Brittany and her minions sat down on a bench so I teleported behind them. Brittany was talking about the other day when I knocked her out.

"So, she tries to slap me and I catch her hand, then I punch her and she falls down knocked out. Now she's scared of me" She said.

"Wow, you're awesome Brittany" One of her girls say.

"Oh please, we all know thats a lie Brittany" I said, making them all jump. Some of the girls growled at me so I gave them a death glare and they shut up. Then Brittany snarled at me.

"Oh no! I'm so scared" I said sarcastically and bored. Then I walked right up to Brittany and she growled.

"Daniel is mine" She said. Then I started laughing.

"Yours?...haha...Brittany not even...all the...alphas would want...you" I said between laughs. She snarled at me again and I stopped laughing but I was still smiling. I wiped the tears away from my eyes.

"Daniel will never be yours" I said, still smiling. Then I remembered why I was here.

"Why aren't you running" I said.

"I'm Luna, I don't have to train" She said. Will she ever take no for an answer?

"You're not Luna, I am. So get running or I'll break all your nails and make you run more" I said, looking at all of them. Brittany had a shocked look on.

"And you said I'm scared of you. Now get running or the nails get it" I said. They all nodded and started running. I started running too but did a few more. Once we all finished running, I saw Daniel come out. I smiled at him.

"Get running Danny, ten laps" I said jokingly. He looked shocked and I started laughing. Then he relaxed knowing it was a joke. Once I calmed down I walked up to him.

"Seriously, we need to train too, so get running" I said. He sighed and started running.

"Alright everyone, whilst Daniel runs, lets do some stretches" I said. They all lined up and I showed them the basics. After a while, Daniel came back.

"There is no way that was ten laps" I said.

"Thats becuase it wasn't ten, it was fifty" He said. Of course he'd do more, he always does. I shook my head, smiling.

"Get stretching" I said. He nodded and did the ones the pack are doing. After a while I stopped them.

"Alright, lets do the training now. Pair up with someone more or less you're size" I said. They all paired up and went off to train. I trained with Daniel.

"Come on big boy, try and take me down" I said.

"If I hurt you, you're not training for the rest of the day" He said. I shook my head.

"Trust me when I say this. You won't hurt me" I said. Then we started. He threw some punches at me and I dodged them all. Then I threw some at him and I hit him every time. Then he went to tackle me and I dodged him and kicked him down.

"If anything you're the one thats going to get hurt" I said. I let him get up and he jumped up and charged at me. I grabbed him and flipped him over. By now, the pack had stopped training and were watching us. Daniel went for me, I dodged. I went for him, I hit him. After a while I was getting bored so I tackled him and pinned him down. He sighed and showed his neck in submission. Everyone gasped and I jumped up.

"I told you I wouldn't get hurt" I said. He got up and I walked away. I heard him charge at me and I side-stepped him at the last minute. He fell to the floor.

"No one can sneak up on me" I said. He turned over.

"Ok, so you can beat me, but I'm only one, how about trying against all the males" He said. I nodded.

"Bring it on" I said. He got up.

"Ok, since your Luna beat me, I'm giving her a challenge. Her against all the males" Daniel shouted. All the females went to the side lines and I was surrounded by the males. I smirked.

"You're all going down" I said. Daniel smirked. I knew he had a plan.

"Go!" I shouted. They all jumped at so I ducked down and most of them went flying over me. I stood up again and hit the nearest ones to me. They went down and I saw Daniel charge at me. I jumped and landed on his back. I pushed down and jumped off him out the circle. I knew that would have made him fall. By now, I only had a few left. I smirked and went for the nearest one. I knocked him out, then the next and the next until there was one left. The beta. He had a suprised look on.

"Wow, your good" He said. I got in a fighting stance and so did he. He smirked at me. He then charged at me and I flipped him over. I bent down and smiled at him.

"Didn't you rememer I said to not understimate us girls?" I said to him, stood up and walked over to Talia.

"You're awesome!" She shouted. I smiled at her. She went in for a hug.

"I wouldn't Talia, since I've just took them down I might take you down by accident" I said. She nodded and stepped back. I turned round to all the males.

"You might wanna get checked out, you look in pain" I stated the obvious. The ones I didn't knock out got up and dragged a knocked out one to the pack doctor.

"Come on Talia. I'm hungry after taking them down" I said. She laughed and we walked inside to the kitchen. One of the mothers were in there cooking. She saw us and smiled.

"Hello Luna, Talia" She said.

"Hey Maudrey, what are you cooking" Talia said. Maudrey smiled.

"You're favourite" She said. Talia squealed.

"What she means is her famous cheese pie" Talia said, looking at me. I smiled at her.

"I love cheese pie" I said. She smiled at me. We sat down and Maudrey gave us a piece of pie each.

Once we finished we offered to do the dishes, but maudrey wouldn't hear it. Eventually we gave up and walked to the living room. There, we watched a few rom com films. It was 22:00 when we decided to go to bed because we had school in the morning.
