Chapter 12

*Back to Cecilia's P.O.V*

"Happy Birthday Cece!!" I heard Talia come in and shout. I opened my eyes and smiled. Talia was stood there with the rest of the gang. Daniel must have gotten up early cause he was stood there too, some other pack members were there along with Jack, the Beta and Mike, the Third. They all had apresent each in their hands, except for Daniel. He had a pile in front of him. I looked at him.

"I didn't exactly know what to get you" He said sheepishly. I chuckled at him and sat on the edge of the bed. One by one, they all gave me their presents, I saved Daniel's for last since he had a lot. Talia had bought me some earrings, the girls had either bought me bracelets, earrings or necklaces. Mike had got me a prada bag, Jack had got me a pair of blue flats, with help from his mate.

He said I'm too tall for high heels, all I did was laugh at him. We had become friends since I moved in, sometimes he'd pull a prank on me, but I'd always retaliate.

Now it was time for Daniel's presents. As I opened one, I swear I saw one move, I didn't bother asking until it barked. I looked at him.

"I think you better open it" He said. I nodded and grabbed the moving box. I opened it up and a baby husky jumped out and onto my lap.

"Awww, Thanks Daniel" I said to him. He smiled.

"I know you've been pestering me for one for quite a while now" He said. I smiled at him.

"We need to name him" I said. I already had a name in mind. Daniel nodded.

"I already know what you wanted to name him, open this one" He said, giving me a smaller present. I opened in and in it was a dog collar. I look at the name tag and it had the name on it.

Bonzai

I turned it over and it had mine and Daniel's mobile numbers on it. I put the collar on Bonzai and then he ran up to Daniel. He picked him up and Bonzai started licking him. Daniel tried pushing him off butit didn't work. I laughed at Daniel.

"Bonzai come here" I said. Suprisingly he stopped licking Daniel, jumped out his arms and came running at me. He layed down next to me and fell asleep. Then I continued unwrapping Daniel's presents. He had got me a river island bag, blue high heels (at that Jack just said "Why? she's tall enough" Which we all laughed at), a pandora bracelet, the one where you by charms seperate, and a pile of albums (One Direction, Iggy Azalea, Sam smith, Jessie J etc.).

"Wait, theres one more" He said pulling a small, rectangular box from his back pocket. He gave it me and I opened it. Inside was a necklace that said my name in cursive writing.

"It's beautiful, Thank you so much Daniel" I said. He smiled and sat next to me. I gave him a quick kiss and stood up.

"Ok, now everybody out, I need to get ready. Including you Daniel" I said. Daniel sighed and walked out with the others. Once the door shut, I went in the bathroom and showered. Once I finished in the shower, I put on my usual makeup and just brushed my hair.

Then I went to my side of the wardrobe and picked out a white summer dress that flowed mid thigh with a brown belt. Then I picked out my white flats that had a brown pattern on them. I had to wear this because when I reveal my true self, my clothes won't really change, Where as, if I wore jeans and a t-shirt, for example, it would change into a similar dress to this.

"Come on Cece! We're waiting!" I heard Talia shout. I rolled my eyes smiling. I put my necklace from Daniel on and the bracelets that Steph, Hope and Amelia bought me. Then I called Bonzai.

"Bonzai" I said. He woke and came running at me. I picked him up and walked downstairs to the living room. When I walked in, Daniel couldn't stop staring at me. Neither could anyone else.

"Wow, Cece in a dress is something you don't see everyday, literally" Talia said. I laughed at her and put Bonzai down. He went running off somewhere. I sat down next to Daniel. He pulled me onto his lap and I relaxed into him.

"So, whats planned for today?" I asked. They all shrugged.

"Its your birthday, take your pick" Daniel said. I thought about going to school but Daniel made it clear yesterday that we can't because of the attack.

"Cecilia" I heard a faint voice shout. I sat up and listened for it again. Daniel was gonna ask but I shushed him.

"Cecilia" I heard it again. I stood up and went to the back garden. Stood there was my mum. I heard some of the girls gasp. I smiled.

"Mum" I whispered and ran up to her. I hugged her and felt her hug me back. After a while, we broke apart.

"I can't believe you're actually here" I said. She giggled.

"I did say...or, at least Sarah did" She said. I laughed at her. Then I turned to the pack.

"Guys, meet my mum" I said. I looked at Mike and his face was priceless. When it registered in their minds who she really was, the guys went down on one knee and bowed their heads but the girls just curtseyed and stayed in the position.

"Arise, all of you" My mum said. They all stood up but the males kept their heads down.

"Lift your heads up guys" I said. They did as told but looked anywhere but my mum.

"You can look at her you know" I said, I was trying my best to hold in my laugh.

"Oh Mike" I said looking at him. He looked at me.

"Believe me now?" I asked smiling. He slowly nodded. Then I couldn't hold it in any longer so I started laughing at them.

"You should...see your....faces!" I managed out between laughs. I held onto my mum for support. I felt her stand me up straight.

"Cecilia, I didn't train you for nothing. You are going to be Moon Goddess some day" I heard her say. I calmed down and stood straight, trying to keep the smile off my face. I couldn't exactly hide it so I bit my lip. Then we fell in an awkward silence until Mike broke it.

"No offense, but...If you're the Moon Goddess, where's the white dress we always get told about?" He asked. Then I looked at what my mum was wearing. She had dark blue bootcut jeans on and a grey off the shoulder top that said perfect in neon pink.

"It's my daughters birthday, I want to at least blend in and not stand out like a sore thumb" She said. Then Mike nodded slowly. Something clicked in my head that I almost forgot.

"Mum, what's the time of the attack" I asked quietly. She closed her eyes and we patiently waited. Then she opened her eyes again.

"2 o'clock this afternoon" She said to me. I nodded. It was only 10 so we had 4 hours left. I turned to Daniel.

"We have until 2 o'clock to get ready" I said to him. He nodded.

"But first, let's party!" I heard Talia shout. I looked at her wierdly.

"At 10 in the morning? really?" I asked. She shrugged.

"I want to party before we fight" She said. I laughed at her.

"We could always have a mini party inside. Just play some music, have a few drinks, you know" I heard Jack say. Everyone agreed.

"Ok then, it's settled, then we can have a proper one later tonight" I said. Again, everyone agreed so we walked inside and Daniel put all my albums in so the stereo would switch discs after a song. The first one to come on was Vacation by G.R.L. As usual, me and the girls started singing to it.

We were having fun singing to the songs and messing about until we heard the door slam shut.

"They're here" Someone said. Already?
