The Peacekeeper

Chapter 10

*One Month Later*

It has no been a month since the incident with the vampire leader, and it's the day before my birthday, and the attack. Talia has been ok since I healed her, she went back to Manchester to her mate but she is coming later on today. Me and Daniel have been getting on fine. He has now marked me but we haven't finished the mating process yet. I am now part of the pack too, but I'm not Luna until we complete the mating process.

I have trained the pack to be just as good as me, so that I can no longer flip them over or knock them out. Even the kids are quite good, but not as good as the males. Some of the girls even flipped me.

"Come on Cece! Lets go! We're waiting for you" I heard Hope shout. We were going on a girls night because we never had one before. I was the first ready so I was sat in the living room waiting for the others.

"Says the one that took the longest to get ready and made everyone wait for her" I said jokingly. She smiled and walked out the door to the others. I followed behind her.

"Bye Daniel!" I shouted and shut the door. I got his reply in the mind-link.

'See ya later babe. Don't forget to give us a shout if you run into trouble' I laughed at his reply. The girls looked at me wierd so I shook my head. They didn't ask questions and just got in the car.

We wanted to show off so we went in Daniels Lamborghini. I drove us there and I'll probably drive back because I can't get drunk even if I tried. When we got there, we pulled up at the valet. We all got out and all eyes were on us. I saw some lustful looks from some of the guys but I just ignored them. I gave the keys to the valet. He was someone from my pack.

"It's your alphas, be careful or he won't be happy" I said quietly so that only he could hear. He nodded and got in and drove off to park it. We knew the bouncer so we went straight to the front line. He let us in, no questions asked. When we walked in, the club was bouncing. The bass was loud and it was packed. It had wolves, humans and vampires in it. We all walked to the bar and sat down. I ordered a purple rain cocktail and downed it in one. Then I felt someone staring at me so I turned to find a vampire staring at me angrily.

"What?" I spat out at him. He hissed at me.

"How could you beat our leader? No one ever beats him" He said. I shrugged.

"I'm black belt in martial arts" I lied. He hissed and walked away. Then a rouge sat next to me.

"Hey pretty lady" He said. I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Hey" I said. I decided to go along with it until I had enough. He asked me questions but I lied to him. After a while I had enough.

"Listen rouge. I've had enough of you hitting on me. I have a mate and he's an alpha so back off" I said quietly to him. Then I showed him my mark. He huffed and walked away. Then I turned to the girls and knew they were watching me.

"What?" I asked. They looked behind me and back to me. Then I sniffed and smelt the vampire again. I turned to look at him. He had a knife in his hand and was ready to stab me. I quickly punched him so that he was knocked out. All the other vampires surrounded him then looked at me and hissed. I turned round to the girls.

"Lets go, now" I said. They all nodded and we ran out the club. The valet was already there so I grabbed the keys and we jumped in. I drove us home as fast as I could. Once we were parked and inside, we slammed the door shut and locked it. We stood there, waiting to see if the vampires followed us. Nothing happened after a while so we relaxed. Then Daniel came running down the stairs.

"What happened" He asked panicked.

"Relax Daniel then I'll tell you" He relaxed so I told him.

"I knocked out a vampire and the rest almost came for me" I said. He looked shocked and surprised but didn't say anything. He just nodded.

"Come on, it's late, lets go to sleep" Daniel said. I suddenly felt tired so I nodded and let him lead me upstairs.

"Night girls" I said.

"Night" They all said. I followed Daniel upstairs and got changed in the bathroom when we were in our room. I laid in bed and felt Daniels arm wrap around my waist and pull me to him. I fell asleep after a while of replaying what happened in my head.

Hey guys, I know it's short but it was just a filler, I'm getting writers block quite often so updates may become slower. Plus I've not been on the laptop for a while cause I've been meeting my best friend of the school bus or I've been picking my nephew up from school.
