Be My Valentines -Klance-

Part 20

Keith's POV (Saturday)

I get up around 9, take a quick shower and go downstairs to eat some breakfast. Shiro was already eating and mom had left for work.

"Good morning," Shiro greeted.

"Morning," I answer, pouring myself a bole of cereal.

"You have a little under two hours to get ready today that's plenty of time so you better be ready to leave." Sometimes I'm not the best at time management, Shiro's just trying to help.

"Don't worry, I will be," I say sitting down at the table.

"So when's your first date with Lance~," Shiro asks. The sudden question makes me spit the cereal I had in my mouth and start coughing.

"I *cough* don't know *cough* yet," I cough a bit more and Shiro grabbed napkins for the mess I made, he was laughing at my reaction.

"Why don't you ask him out to a movie, you know Avengers End Game came out a while ago that would be a fun movie to watch together." That would be fun and the crowds would have died down a bit from when it first came out but is he even a marvel fan? I'll just have to ask him later.

I finished eating and went upstairs to read till we had to go. I was halfway through a page when Shiro told me we had to go, of course, I was halfway through a page. I quickly try to finish but Shiro gets a bit mad, I sigh and close the book. I'll just have to read it again later.

We leave the house and head down to Pidges, everyone was already there. There was one person I didn't recognize, he must have been one of Shiro and Matt's friends. We all pile into the car somehow fitting.

Matt drove, Pidge stole the front seat before Shiro could get in so he and the other guy sat in the middle while Hunk, Lance and I sat in the back Lance being in the middle.

"Everyone buckled in?" Matt asked everyone nodded in reply. "Pidge I can see you've not buckled in." Pidge sighs and there's a faint click indicating she buckled her seat belt.

"Happy?" she asked.

"Very."

We pull out of the driveway, Lance seemed excited about this and I couldn't help but smile.

"What's your favourite ride at an amusement park?" Lance asked me still smiling.

"Umm I don't know, I like all the games they have, the prizes are cool. I haven't been to one in a long time so I don't know," I said, Lance, nodded and seemed to make a mental note.

"I like most of the rides but my favourites are the rollercoasters." I smile at him as he explains why.

The rest of the ride was quiet, Lance and I ended up holding hands and I looked out the window while he talked with Hunk.

"Aaaaand were here" Matt announced as he pulled into a spot to park the car. We get out of the car and Lance drags me over to the ticket booth and hopes up and down waiting for the others. I Laugh at how childish Lance was being.

We get our tickets and head in, Matt, Shiro and the other guy who I finally found out his name, Adam, went off the ride some of the rides. Pidge, Hunk, Lance and I went to one of the roller coasters first. I had never been on one before so I didn't know what to expect.

Pidge and Hunk sat in front of Lance and me and the person in charge of the ride lowered a bare down so we didn't fly off. We started moving and went up the track getting higher and higher. It looked a lot higher up here than it did from the ground.

I hold onto Lance's hand feeling like I was going to fall. The coster finally stopped at the top of the hill (is that the right word?) I look down before we slowly start moving down the tracks getting faster and faster. Lance raises both his hands in the air "wooohooo!!!" he shouts. One of my hands was still attached to Lances and the other had a death grip on the bar in front of us. I'll admit I was scared but it was also really fun.

We reach the bottom and the cart stops. The bar holding us down lifts and I step out on wobbly legs "that was awesome!" Lance shouts following me off the cart "can we do it again!?"

"I-i think we should do something else first," I say struggling to sand a bit

"Are you ok?" Lance askes helping me stand

"Oh ya I'm fine, I just wasn't expecting that, I don't know what I was expecting to be honest."

"How about we take a break from rides and go play some of the games?" Lance suggested slowly lifting his hands from my shoulders as if I was going to tip over as soon as he did.

"Ya ok." He takes my hand and starts dragging me over to where some of the games were

"We're heading off to play some games catch up with you guys later," Lance told Pidge and Hunk as we walked away. I see Hunk and Pidge smile at each other.
