You know it's time for the hammer to fall"

Adrienne Giambusso Yelchin for THR A reflection of 29 years of life, loss, love, music, and methods to madness Miranda Hollsworth
Adrienne, it is so good to have you back here with us.
I'm happy to be here. I like you guys. If I remember correctly, I think it was you that interviewed Scott and I for Longest Ride?
Yes! And you had baby Elias with you then.
Yeah! Gosh, that seems like forever and a day ago.
How is Elias doing, by the way? I love hearing your silly updates about him on social media.
Elias is fantastic! I swear he grows at least an inch or so every day. He is so full of love and so full of a positive personality. I can't say enough good things about him.
I love that. You've really got an adorable one on your hands.
I'd say so.
So now... The elephant in the room.
Oh shit
You're about to turn 29 years old
(Laughing) for the first time!
Yeah! How much would you say you have learned just in the past year?
I mean, just generally speaking I've learned to be content with what is around me. For the first time in a long time I've been okay with not being as busy as I used to be. Now that doesn't mean I'm not working, but it means I'm choosing my battles with a lot more consideration. It's given me time to focus on myself and finding a different approach to a lot more.
Different approaches to what, exactly?
How I carry myself, how I parent, the kind of sibling and daughter I am. I've been healing relationships with friends that I became out of line with and out of touch with, and figuring out if I could date and love someone like that again.
Would you say that has been successful?
Immensely. I couldn't be happier.
I'm so happy to hear that. You mentioned your relationship with your siblings. How is Kasey doing at the end of her pregnancy?
Kasey is ready to pop, let me tell you. They're letting her carry to term, but no longer. Her and Karl are so excited, and I'm so excited for them. She's already been an amazing stepmom for them and she's going to be an amazing mother.
