i hugged my mom tightly as i let go of my things.

Emily: he's back mom

she pulled away and look at me.

Vanessa: did you tell Carlos
Emily: i will but later in the night
Vanessa: you know Gio will do anything to tell Carlos before you do
Emily: i know but i'm not ready for him to know yet, just give me a few hours left
Vanessa: fine but you better do it

i nodded my head and wiped some of my tears before Carlos saw me.

Carlos: San Francisco is huge
Emily: if you say so
Carlos: yeah and it's really pretty, maybe we should move here
Emily: we'll think about it

i grabbed his hand and we walked into my old house.

*time skip*

i jumped on the bed and tried to fall asleep.

Carlos: bebe come on, let's go out
Emily: my parents are writing right now tho
Carlos: but you know the city, or at least let's just have a ride in the car
Emily: you like it, don't you?
Carlos: i do, come onn

i sighed and got up. Carlos getting excited.

i'm just trying to forgot my past, but now i can't enjoy my trip, because he's back and he's going to tell Carlos. And carlos won't want to be with me anymore. he's not gonna want to be in the mess i got in. our family is not gonna be safe.

i guess i have to tell him, before Gio tries to tell him. i just can't.
