i smiled as i sat down in front of carlos. i gave him amaya just because he needed to see her

she's smiled at him widely and her eyes closed making carlos hug her.

Emily: so what happened?

Carlos: i just feel guilty for not trusting you and believing you

Carlos: i just...i had a dream where amaya could grown up with me as her father...the one he calls papa instead of...him. don't get me wrong i honestly think he's a good father and is really nice to me, but you know
Emily: Carlos you know that i'm not giving you another chance...i gave you 3 and you fucked them up..
Carlos: honestly Em..i really regret it
Emily: i wish i could forgive you but i seriously can't trust you after this being your 3rd time. how would you feel if i would of cheated on you with lunay 3 times?
Carlos: sad...and angry

he stayed silent as he kept on holding amaya. he had his hand on the table which i reached for and held.

Emily: look i really want to forgive you but my heart belongs to someone else now...someone that won't think i cheated on him after this and then he'd go have sex with his ex

he looked like he was crying. what i said was true, but i think i was a little too harsh.
