New beginings

The weekend passed very quickly , on Saturday we filled in and submitted my school forms and i also got a new phone it was better than the older one and had more features , we also got a new number it took 24 hours to establish and start .

I finally felt like a new person , i wasnt completely different but i had started leaving behind things that were bothering me back in

i was still thinking about ken , not all day but in waves . it would suddenly hit me if he thinks about me or misses me , i overcame those thoughts by trying on clothes for my first day.

The first day of school came as i blinked , everything felt super fast for some reason. i woke up pretty early on monday morning i went out in my rooms balcony and looked outside for a while the balcony overlooked rest of the houses and the path which connected the places here . It was something so common yet beautiful, mostly in the mornings. I check my phone and there weren't any notifications, then I realise that it was my new phone and I didn't have any contacts except dad and mom. I just swipe through the phone and then see the time 7:20 SHIT i cant be late on the first day . Even though i woke up early because of hanging out in the balcony i lost time . I hurried to the washroom washed my face , i didnt wear much makeup so i put on some lipbalm and mascara , i got dressed in the outfit i picked last night i wore black high waist jeans with a black cami top and red flanel on top , for shoes i wore my black doc martins . I grabbed my backpack which was hanging on my dresser and ran downstairs it was 7:45 now i have 15 mins to reach the school campus ! I grab a poptart and barge out of the door .
" DADD we will be lateeeeee!!" I yell realising he was supposed to ride me .
" yesss lets goo" he says sprinting towards the car from backdoor.
