A/N- my GCSEs start tomorrow and I'm honestly terrified, I have biology on Tuesday and I'm not prepared at all... monoclonal antibodies? No thank you.

Kenna sat in the corner of Cami's apartment with a dull expression plastered across her face. She held a hand out towards the frightened blonde while her other was firmly placed on her cheek, propping her head up.

Davina stood arms folded over Kenna watching her work while Josh analysed notes Cami had wrote to remind her of what Klaus had done.

The pair had turned up shortly after Kenna had began retrieving Cami's memories. Davina would occasionally give Kenna some of her magic to do the spell.

"How much longer? We've been going at this for hours." Davina asked gesturing to Cami who wailed on the floor in pain.

"You've done this before, by all means if you know a quicker method, abracadabra away." Kenna snapped unintentionally from exhaustion, noticing Davina and Josh's expression she quickly apologised, "Sorry, when I'm low on magic I get angsty."

Placing a hand on Kenna's shoulder, Davina gestured her to get up so she could finish the task.

Stopping the spell Kenna knelt down in front of Cami and wiped away her tears, "I am so sorry for letting this happen to you Cami."

Cami sighed at the brunette with a delirious gaze, "please stop this." She pleaded grabbing Kenna's arm.

Kenna looked to Davina for help, she didn't want to put Cami through anymore pain but she knew this was the only way.

"I'm sorry, Cami. It's the only way to break Klaus' compulsion." Davina asserted sympathetically.

Cami looks to Kenna with pleading eyes to which she forces herself to look away.

"Believe me, I know what it's like. You're okay." Josh reassured before holding up some of her notes, "And hey, all these notes that you made? It's very Momento of you. Nice work." He commended.

Cami doesn't bother to thank the vampire before turning to Davina, "We've been at this all night. I don't understand what's happening to me, I don't understand any of this-"

"But you will." Kenna interrupted, "Davina will unlock every stolen memory, undo every piece of mind control that any vampire has ever done to you. When she's done, you will understand all of it, and I can have my best friend back." Kenna gently squeezed Cami's arm as a gesture of comfort.

"I can stop, if you want me to." Davina shrugged at the blonde.

Cami contemplated her options for a moment before shaking her head shooting Kenna a small smile.

"No, don't stop. I want to remember everything." She commanded with determination in her tone.

While Davina began working, Kenna's phone began to vibrate, checking the caller ID she hesitated before answering.

"Hello?" Kenna spoke softly through the speaker.

Klaus gave a small chuckle at her sudden nervousness at the other end of the line, "Hello my love." He responded.

"Are you okay?" She rose an eyebrow, unsure as to why he was calling her.

"Actually no, my secret weapon seems to have escaped." He explained causing the brunette to roll her eyes.

"Klaus, she's not a weapon." She scolded, looking over at Davina's worried brown eyes made her realise it was her duty to look out for her.

"You don't happen to know where she's got to?" He sweetly asked, Kenna could practically sense his smirk from down the road.

"Uh, no actually I haven't seen her." Kenna hummed pretending to think, "she said something about losing a violin, perhaps she's gone back to the church to find it?" She suggested.

Catching on to the conversation, Davina gave Kenna a thankful look.

"Do I hear screaming?" Klaus asked curiously, her eyes widened mentally cursing herself as she walked out the apartment.

"No, you must've imagined it unless your being haunted by your enemies." She joked looking around outside.

"Funny girl," He responded with sarcasm, "well it just so happens we have a lead on the missing witch, I hope to see you soon my love." He calls, his voice becoming softer each time he said 'my love'.

"I-Goodbye Klaus." She breathlessly spoke hanging up.

Slamming open the door she sees everyone around panicking.

"They know where I am." Davina stammers.

"Yeah I know and you guys seriously need to go, like, now. Plane, train, automobile, whatever." Kenna spoke wearily tossing her car keys towards Cami, "Take my car, it's parked down at the docks. I'll text you where... I'm going to find Klaus."

A tear rolled down Davina's cheek as she looked towards Josh realising he can't go until it's dark.

"Hey, no tears." Josh comforted giving the witch a hug. She let out a shaky breath pulling away.

"Promise you'll both meet us as soon as it gets dark out?" Davina begs looking between Kenna and Josh.

"Don't worry about us, just don't let them find you." Kenna warned pushing them out the door.

Josh sighed sitting on the sofa, Kenna looked outside seeing the light and pitying him. She gave him an apologetic look before leaving and heading towards the compound.

The streets were hectic, Kenna pushed through the sea of tourists and party goers as parades went by.

"Sweetheart." Klaus called, groaning slightly with relief she turned around.

"Kla- is that Tim?" She narrowed her eyes pointing at the young boy, Klaus smirked confirming her suspicions, "Klaus, he's a child!" She frowned.

"It's the only way to get Davina back, and once everything's settled... I must admit I am missing our rendezvous Makena." He growled slightly.

Catching Kenna off guard with his comment she felt her cheeks flush. She cursed herself for giving him a reaction.

The girl just couldn't help herself, leaning up on her toes she grabbed the back of Klaus' neck firmly placing her lips on his. He promptly brung his hands up to her cheeks holding her face in his hands gently.

She didn't want to end the kiss but she knew she had to, pulling away she looked around the busy and crowded streets.

A smirk prominently inhabited his face, "actually I could use your help." He grabbed her hand heading towards the compound.
